Review from Julia P (Daughter of Resident) published on 6 May 2022 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience

The staff at Ashdene have been so supportive during the difficult time of admitting our mother to the care home. Everyone we have met in person or over the phone has been friendly and always ready to help or answer a query. The family atmosphere in the home is always present, and it makes us feel so comfortable leaving our mother in their care. On one day I visited, I saw about six staff members in the garden getting the flower beds ready for spring. They were there on their day off. That kind of dedication must mean there is excellent staff morale and great management. Highly recommended.
