Overall Experience

I was really impressed by the care provided by the staff, the setting itself, and the atmosphere. I visited for an event, and found that the whole occasion was treated with great care, and that the staff were really considerate of the needs of the residents.

Overall Experience

My opinion is that if the staff were more humane, this would benefit the poor service users enormously. I have no words to describe observations of activity which warrant a complete change in favour of the users and their families.
