Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home is always a warm and welcoming place. The staff couldn't be kinder. My mum was comfortable, clean and is always very well looked after. Everyone knows my mum and what she likes and her history, the staff take the time with her. They also take the time with us relatives and although they must be busy, they always have the time to answer questions. I take great comfort knowing my mum is so well looked after and in such a caring environment.

Very good overall. Pleased My mother was here for the last few weeks of her life. Everyone is nice, caring and supportive towards my mother and myself. Thanks to you all.

I'm so happy we chose Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home for my nan. The staff are so dedicated to their role and treat my nan as an individual, recognising her unique personality and needs. The food, facilities and personal care at Beech Lodge are exactly what I hoped she would receive. Choosing a care home for a family member is such a difficult decision and I am confident that Nan is in the right place.

Your care of my mum was outstanding, the care is second to none. We, as a family, were never worried about Mum being cared for here. You are as you say, one family.

As a family, we would like to thank all staff and management for the excellent care my mum had. You took the time to speak to my dad every day for nearly two years to reassure him Mum was OK. Mum was very well looked after; you truly are one big family. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts; you made the end so much easier.

The manager and all the staff here are absolutely wonderful in terms of the care they give and how welcoming they are to relatives. The home is well-run and well presented and the food is great as well.

I can't thank the fantastic staff at Beech Lodge enough for the patient, respectful, attentive care provided for my dad during the 18 months he was with them. It truly became his home and the staff his family. I recall the first time I saw him smiling on social media images and thank everyone for persisting in engaging him in activities, even when he would often prefer to wander around 'fixing' things in his own special way. He arrived as Santa and left as pops, loved and cared for until the end, staff even sat with him until I arrived the day before he passed, so he was not alone. My dad had been in Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home for almost three years before his passing. The care and warmth shown to him were second to none. The staff are a credit to this home and truly make you feel so welcome as a visitor and to Dad as a resident. His end-of-life care was 100%, I can't thank the staff here enough for the care and love Dad received. From the reception staff through to the maintenance staff. It's always worrying to put your loved ones in a home, not knowing what experience you will have but rest assured, Beech Lodge is fantastic.

My mother was a resident at Beech Lodge for 14 months and received excellent care in every respect. She loved taking part in all of the activities and entertainment, when she was able and loved all of the staff. The staff showed genuine love and affection to Mum and we can't thank them enough for all that they did for her.

I would like to recommend Beech Lodge Care & Nursing Home, they have cared over the past number of years to the present date for my parents and aunt. Hello my mum stayed here for 8 nights respite and she absolutely loved her stay, she felt very cared for all the staff are lovely couldn’t do enough for her. She joined in with a knitting session mum hasn’t knitted for years. All the food was lovely. Mum can't wait to go back next year for respite.

We were very happy with all aspects of care provided from the initial enquiry through to the end of dad's life. All of the staff were professional and caring and looked after my father extremely well. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Beech Lodge.
