Beech Lodge is a purpose-built care home, close to the town of Holbeach in Lincolnshire. The home is in a quiet, rural location, with carefully maintained gardens with views onto open fields. Beech Lodge has a welcoming family atmosphere with an experienced and dedicated staff team who take time to get to know residents and understand their individual needs and preferences.

As well as providing residential and nursing care, Beech Lodge's capable, qualified staff care for those living with dementia, engaging them in a range of activities and routines to accommodate their individual needs.

Residents enjoy a lively range of daily activities such as arts and crafts, pampering sessions, gardening, talks and singing. Regular outings to local cafes and trips to the seaside encourage residents to maintain their links with the local area. Visitors are given a warm welcome at all times.

Every staff member has been very kind, understanding to my mother.Even when she has been very difficult at times. I know even with vascular dementia, mum loves the staff and does treat the care home as her home. All our family feel blessed to have found the best care for mum at Beech Lodge. When visiting
mum she looks fantastic hair clothes. Lots of effort goes into day-to-day gardening, cooking and artwork and so much more. Every visit to see mum is a pleasure and I feel totally happy with her care. Lockdown was hard for everybody, clients and staff. Staff deserves much more from the government! A big thank you for putting mum and her friends first.

My father has spent the past 3 1/2 years at Beech Lodge and although he had dementia we know that they have been happy years. His care has been wonderful and he loved being part of the family here. Although we are sad that he has gone we are glad that he spent his twilight years at Beech Lodge.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, during the COVID-19 lockdown the staff have worked tirelessly to look after the residents keeping them occupied and entertained. My Mum is living with dementia, she rarely recognises me now. Beech Lodge and the staff have become her home and family and
she’s very happy ........ which brings me peace in a very heartbreaking situation. A huge thank you to everyone at Beech Lodge.

Mum has been a resident at Beech Lodge since July. I cannot thank them enough for giving her such fantastic care. The staff are wonderful, friendly and caring, and it really feels like they enjoy working with the residents. Mum is always busy doing artwork or flower arranging, which are things she always
loved to do. She also enjoys showing off her ballet moves to the staff and residents. There’s always some kind of activity going on like the “Olympic Games” they just finished. What fun! I cannot thank the staff of Beech Lodge enough for keeping Mum safe and happy. Keep up the great work!

My mum only went into Beech Lodge late February of this year just before COVID lockdown, so we didn't get much chance to meet many of the staff members only the manager who helped us tremendously with the move of my mum from another care home because she needed nursing care, having dementia was a big
change for mum. We have been amazed at the way all of the staff have been looking after everyone, the photos on Facebook has been the only way to see our loved ones, the entertainment, the fun they have been having has been fantastic and everyone seems so happy and full of joy. Mum was struggling with personal care at the previous home, no one could wash her hair apart from myself, but they have achieved that in lockdown. So all I can say is it was the best thing I have ever done putting Mum in Beech Lodge. I have seen her settle in and gain trust and a lovely rapport with all the staff. I know it would have been difficult at times too, which I cannot thank you enough.

The staff are always welcoming and pleased to help in any way they can. It is always clean, and the food is excellent. When problems do arise the staff soon rally round and get things back to normal. I would have no hesitation in recommending this home to anyone else.

Our mother was resident at Beech Lodge for two years and she was very happy. All the staff and management provided excellent care.
The activities team always included our mother with the many outings and meals at the local chapel.

My father could not be better cared for than he is at Beech Lodge. The staff know and understand this and his complex needs. They help him in so many ways, showing not only empathy but genuine affection and warmth. We are so relieved that he has found such a marvellous home.

Karen joined Country Court Care in October 2014 as a Senior Carer and has been a fully qualified nurse at Beech Lodge since July 2015. She has since progressed through to Deputy Manager. Karen qualified as a nurse in the Philippines and came to the UK to further her career. Karen is very proud of her staff team at Beech Lodge and says its a pleasure to work with such a caring and compassionate team.
