I cannot recommend Belvoir Care home highly enough. It is the people here that really make the difference. The staff are a true asset; they treat my mother with such dignity, respect, and kindness, taking the time to get to know her personal likes and dislikes. Whether it's the quality of the meals or the engaging activities provided, the standard of care is exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for the wonderful work you do every day.

Overall Experience
Excellent care home. Mum has been there 6 years now and I can relax knowing although several hours drive away she is being well looked after. Everyone is always up, washed and dressed and the home is very clean.
I can not praise the staff enough. It is a hard job, underpaid and yet they go out their way to keep the residents happy.
Mum is in her own world now but still always smiling and laughing and loves her baileys in the evening.

My mum was a resident at Belvior care home for over 4 years, starting as respite care after being in hospital following a fall to eventually being diagnosed with Alzheimer's and having to stay long term.
From day one we were fully supported by all the staff, as much as I had doubts about a care home and didn't want to leave her there I knew it was for the best in our situation and couldn't of wished for a better home to take care of her.
It was the hardest time we had to go through but also made some of the best memories with them all, while they did all the hard work i got to spend quality time with my dear mum.

Yasmin and her team including the housekeepers /chefs are incredible at what they do, going above and beyond treating every resident + relative like their own family, taking time to know and support her needs, showing love and respect she deserved until the very end and even since then. I will always be grateful to Belvior for all they did for us and will highly recommend.

My Mother received excellent care whilst at Belvoir, I've found the staff to be approachable and professional during all my visits and very proactive towards the needs not only my Mother but to all residents

My mother has been living at Belvoir house for the past 5 years and I can honestly say that she has been looked after by the most amazing and caring people I have ever met, nothing is ever too much trouble. The carers and all the auxiliary staff go above and beyond not only for the residents but for the whole family. The fact that it is a small home definitely makes it feel more like a home . So glad we found this care home!!

First experience of having a family member in a care home. Although that family member is still adjusting the staff have been absolutely amazing and I cannot thank you enough for that. The love, kindness and fun you show mum is superb.

The Care Home has a nice ' homely feel'. All staff are friendly and helpful.
There is a wide range of activities available plus events - Summer BBQ - and trips out - Christmas Pantomime as two examples.

My husband has now been at Belvoir House for over two years. During that time, his illness has progressed and his needs have changed as has his understanding. Throughout the last two years, the care at Belvoir has been excellent and I am still as pleased with the standard of his care as I was when he first went there. The staff are always supportive both to my husband and to me and the manager and her team keep me well informed of any changes in my husband's condition or needs. I visit regularly and enjoy the atmosphere in Belvoir House and feel I have made friends with both the staff and the residents. Belvoir House feels like a family and while my husband's disease has advanced, he still enjoys activities provided and most particularly music. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Belvoir House to others. They not only care for their residents but for their loved ones too.

Absolutely exceptional care, Belvoir House Care Home, they go above and beyond and treat all residents as family. I’m so pleased we found this care home for my stepfather to spend his last days. I highly recommend!

My girlfriend’s stepfather was admitted early in April and it became an end-of-life exercise. The dedication and care that the staff showed him was above and beyond and he considered the place as home from home.
They tended his every need with love and compassion and I would thoroughly recommend this establishment to anybody looking for the best care.

Overall Experience
A home from home caring loving place. Each staff member treats the residents and their visiting family and friends like their own family. Always include visitors in activities, fundraising, trips out, or even just a cup of tea while listening to the singing entertainment. Always made to feel welcome and part of a community. Loads of activities for residents to join in with from arts and crafts to baking and even pampering. I always enjoy my visits and am looking forward to spending time in the new beautiful garden this summer.

My mum was a resident at Belvoir House for only a short time as she sadly passed away last week. But I am so greatly comforted that she spent her last few weeks in such an amazing and caring home.
Her last few days were made so peaceful by the staff and the level of respect they showed her and myself during that time I will never forget.

This is an exemplary home, not just a "Care" home, but a caring home. The staff took the time to get to know my mum, interact and have a laugh with her, she had been frail for a little while but I had really started to see something of her old self come back those last few weeks. My mum was happy there and that is so important to me and her family. I cannot fault the home in any way and the staff are just wonderfully caring to their residents. If I was ever asked I would 100% recommend this home for anyone or relative who may be considering a move.
