I am very happy with the care that Bramhall staff & management provide for my mother.

She is unable to walk due to injuries to he spine before she was admitted to the residential home. We recognise the difficulties this poses and the staff deal with this professionally & with dignity. My mothers health has actually improved & remained stable at a level offering a good standard of life. Bramhalls team are doing a fantastic job.

Moved my wife in respite care at nearby home as I was unhappy with lack of care and service to Bramhall 13th Jan until 31st
Service has been excellent with very good care and attention by lovely, friendly staff. I was almost in despair at my wife's low demeanor but that changed almost immediately when cared for in Bramhall

My wife is now much more alert, talkative and outward going. Many thanks to B.R.H

Mum in law entered Bramhall with terminal cancer and was there for approx 3 months. During this time, she was cared for by an excellent team of staff. Each and every one of them went out of their way to love and care for Mum and ensure all her needs were met. They treated us with so much kindness, too. Mum was blessed to be there. Forever grateful. x

Since Dad's arrival at Bramhall he has always been treated with great respect and dignity.
On the times he has needed extra support or attention this has always been timely and professionally conducted.

The best thing I can say about Bramhall is Dad has been made to feel and now recognises it as home.

By far the best care home, we have experience of, the staff do care and want the best for the residents. Always staff on hand to talk to about issues/concerns. Food and drink are good and local suppliers used. Family owned and it certainly shows in the ethos of the running of the home.

I am very happy with the care my mother receives. I live in Scotland and try and visit every three months. The staff are very welcoming when I visit. I am regularly kept up to date with my mothers care from the manager.

My mother has been at Bramhall for 3 years. The staff are very understanding of her needs + issues, treating her with respect and kindness at all times regardless of her mood. Mum is encouraged to join in activities. A good variety are offered - but her wishes are respected if she refuses to join in. Staff are friendly + helpful, always greeting visitors with a smile + visitors/relatives are encouraged to join activities too. The surrounding are attractive + well maintained + an effort is made to decorate all areas appropriately for the season, e.g Christmas, easter.

My mother passed away on the 16th of January 2025. I would like to thank all the staff and management for the care they gave my mum and the help they gave me as well. It gave me peace of mind knowing my mother was cared for 24/7. Could not ask for a better place and people who cared for my mother.

A team of dedicated, kind, caring, thoughtful and helpful people at the home. Could not ask for better, 5 stars from me and a big thank you!

Staff are extremely helpful, cheerful on most occasions and very obliging.

Food is edible and two choices are offered the day before. Overall, the food is goo, a little less gravy and pastry would be an improvement and a bit more fresh fruit.

The care my mum has received has been given, so far, in Bramhall Residential Home has exceeded my expectations.
The staff are unfailingly positive, friendly and helpful. They all show a level of care, compassion and empathy which is delightful to see.
My mum has improved so much physically since she came to the home after her stroke which is, in no small part, due to the efforts of the staff.

All the wonderful staff and management deserve great credit for their part in a very well-run home.

The staff are always very kind, caring and helpful. They understand the different situations that arise and are always thoughtful when these situations arise. We have not had any problems with anything and would not hesitate to recommend Bramhall Residential Home to anyone, they do a lot with the residents and have never had any cause to have any concerns.

My wife has Alzheimer's and I had been looking for over two years to find help with daycare but could not find anywhere to take her. Then Bramhall was recommended. So I went and looked. I set up for her to go for a day to see how she got on. The staff are very good with her and get on very well. She is happy to go two times a week and looks forward to it. The staff are wonderful with her. It gives me peace of mind that she is in a safe place so I can have some time to myself.

My aunt had in-house care at Bramhall during four years continuously. We chose well; the care offered was the very best. The staff, without exception, for the beginning to her final hour were so caring and thoughtful towards me too; even helping me keep close contact with her during my family visits to Australia. Always encouraging, they kept her walking and looking so good. All exceptional.
