Very good care under difficult circumstances.

Bramhall Care Home is very welcoming, light, airy, spacious with a variety of rooms for the residents and gardens, immaculately maintained and cleaned. All staff, from top to bottom, are extremely attentive and helpful to residents and visitors alike. They are always cheerful and patient, creating a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. Meals are of a high quality, with lots of treat. With dedicated activity staff there is always lots going on to promote interest and interaction between staff, residents and visitors alike. I would higly recommend Bramhall Care Home.

All aspects of Bramhall are excellent. The staff are all so kind, considerate, cheerful and hard working. Nothing is too much trouble. They cheer and encourage whatever the situation. It reflects so well on the management staff. The training and standards are obviously high. They have all done so much for me that I cannot praise them highly enough. Thank you.

I feel confident in the care home's genuine level of care provided for Mum. Affection is observed in the manner in which staff care for residents. Such a lovely team. Dignity is respected and Mum is consulted re choices at mealtimes. Her specific needs are observed and catered for.

The home has provided my mother with safe, compassionate, dignified care in the winter of her years. She is actually 'happy' and used those words for the first time in 19 years since the passing of her husband. Thank you for all that you do.

Mum came to stay at Bramhall for a holiday as I, her daughter, her son, three granddaughters and three great-grandchildren all live nearby. At first, she was very confused. Forgot where she was and why etc., and got very worked up. Night staff came up with a daily diary idea so she could see what she would be doing, who was coming when to see her etc. Fantastic idea. The care from all the staff she received was excellent. Very caring, thoughtful and homely. She really enjoyed staying there and will stay there again and possibly permanently if she ever needs to.

My family and I decided to move my wife from one care home to Bramhall at the end of November 2017. It was very clear straight away that we had made a very good decision. The care was extremely good and still is. She is much cleaner and well cared for. All of the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Always speaking to my wife whenever they do anything for her eg moving her, helping her etc. The food is very good and she is eating much better. She is able to take part in the many activities which go on every day of the week. I cannot praise the care home enough and my best wishes to all involved.

Bramhall is the most amazing care home. We moved mum from another home which was terrible. At Bramhall, the staff and management are welcoming and kind. Mum is now clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this place enough. I no longer worry whether mum is being cared for. Thank you, Bramhall, so much x

Over the last year my mother has been going to Bramhall on a weekly basis for day care, which she thoroughly enjoys, as she is in the activity room joining in conversation, colouring, playing games and singing. She has her lunch there and tea before going back home. My mother has also stayed in Bramhall for respite care while my family have been on holiday. She is well cared for throughout her stay and is always keen to go back. The home is always in tip top condition and staff are lovely.
