- The home have protected meal times where visiting during these times are restricted. During Breakfast this is from 8am to 10am, dinner time is between 12:00pm to 13:00pm and Tea time is between 16:00pm to 17:00pm We also request that family do refrain from telephoning the home between these hours as well.

- There is free parking on site but the home do request that fire exits are kept clear at all times and the front entrance is clear in case of any emergencies where they are awaiting ambulances.

Our beautiful mum spent the last five months of her life in this caring friendly home. Sadly we were hoping it would be longer.

Our beautiful mum spent the last five months of her life in this caring friendly home. Sadly we were hoping it would be longer.
From the moment she was admitted it was love and attention to detail in this home-from-home environment. Every dedicated member of staff was attentive and committed at all times. The home-cooked food smelled delicious each day too. After Mum became ill suddenly, they provided end-of-life care for her and made her final few days comfortable and peaceful. All visitors were made to feel welcome on each occasion they arrived and nothing was too much trouble. I thank all staff and management for making these past few months special, memorable and wonderful for our dearly loved Mum.

Originally Mum went in for respite because my father had a fall but long story short my father passed and when we spoke to Mum, she said this was home now. The family didn’t want the upheaval of upsetting her with the move as she was happy at Greenacres. She’s been there for over two years now. The staff are always friendly and very helpful and there is a great rapport between themselves as well. Always approachable and keeps us updated about Mum. Always feel it’s a happy place when I go. I have already filled in the paper review so no need to repeat myself. Very happy with the service provided.

Overall Experience
My mother has been at Greenacres since February 2022. She has dementia and her needs are always met by the home. We are very happy with everything and everyone at the home for all the love and help they give us and her.
