The experience I have in the home is very rewarding because I have had all the help and support I've needed and I still do now. This is due to what I have suffered with in the past. Plus it is a very good place for achieving the goals you want to do and making you feel good about yourself and making you feel better as well.

Daughter has Prader Willi Syndrome and had been at another house for some five years. When she went there, her situation was indeed dire - not to say without any exaggeration, life threatening. She was unable to look after herself and the help she had was insufficient for her needs - there was little understanding of this condition. She is now a different person having been given the right care after years of struggling - such a joy to see.

When your son or daughter reach the stage of needing an independent lifestyle to further their quality of life, Parvale House is as near a home from home environment that you could achieve. When staff change I can alter the dynamics of the house for a while, but staff are caring and sensible and seem chosen with care. When my daughter's room was decorated she was consulted on colour and curtain choice, so felt involved with the transformation. The staff put effort into finding suitable placements to enhance individual achievements. Concerns are dealt with professionally and carefully. Let your young person experience life to the full at Parvale House

Having a child with PWS is a challenge and after years of trying to cope without help we were eventually introduced to Gretton Homes. This was thirty years ago, with Gretton's help and that of P.W.S.A UK over the years all our lives have been less stressful. We have peace of mind that our daughter is well cared for and is settled in her environment.

Our daughter has been a resident for many years. Never had we had to lodge a complaint and any queries we have had over the years have always been dealt with in a very professional and caring way. We can always speak to any member of staff at anytime day or night, they are always there for us. They always go above and beyond their duty. We can visit anytime and are always met and welcomed in a friendly way. The change in our daughter over the years has been remarkable and we can't thank them enough for all their help and care over the years.
