Mum was admitted to Falcon House for a short stay period to aid the family. The care she received was exceptional. The staff were very positive in their approach to mum's needs. She was kept entertained by various activities throughout the days. We would not hesitate to place her there again should
we need to in the future.

All staff are very friendly. The receptionist was most helpful at the start of my Mum's stay, she gave advice on contacts and who to call to help move home.

Believe mum is well looked after and clean bedroom is lovely and warm. Most of the staff are very caring and give her lots of hugs. However, we don't feel we are updated very well. If she gets ulcers we don't know until we see mum. We normally have to ask but after we feel it's an inconvenience to do
that.

My Mother was looked after for over 3 years. The manager is superb, all the staff from the Carers, Kitchen staff and the cleaners are extremely caring. They have a difficult job at times but remain happy and helpful. I would advise anyone to take a look. Always clean and no smell as some homes have.
