All the bedrooms are light, bright and individually decorated. There are several seating areas and individually styled lounges, as well as lovely quieter areas for when someone wants time for themselves. Complementing the home’s interior are landscaped gardens and patio areas – perfect for when the weather is warmer. Whilst in the home, mum has problems regarding mental health, following the illness at her home and hospital. However we never expected mum to like it at a care home, but she does. My mother has been in this care home for six years now, (she was in Rose Court before it was taken over by My Care). The carers here are brilliant, very caring and helpful. My mum is happy in her own way and while my mum is doing well I have nothing but praise for the staff at Willow Tree House.

My husband has Alzheimer's and is always treated well by the staff. Visitors are always made to feel at home. Activities are good and varied. Outings are conducted as well. The home has recently undergone a total renovation by new owners with a big improvement.
