My mother's life has been transformed since being welcomed into the Dell family. The care from the staff & management is first class. The staff are always polite & professional. They are always friendly & caring with the residents. Regular events are organised to help entertain & stimulate their experience.
The dell nursing home I am son of resident I am so happy with the way my dad is treated and the staff and management are amazing the nursing home is the best in Gorton I would recommend it to anyone that is going to reside and live in the dell nursing house you could not get a better nursing home than this the staff interact with the residences if you have a problem you can go to a member of staff and they will help you and will not ignore you and they will work with you I just want to say about the entertainment organizer she is the best
Really pleased with how welcome you have mum settled in. She is getting more settled each week. A big thank you. Go all the staff.
She enjoys a good relationship with the staff - they treat her like a person.
She especially enjoys all the banter and the arranged activities, there's always laughter and music and, given the opportunity, my mother is there, singing at the top of her voice.
They even put up with her Barry Manilow fixation - well done that team!!
There have been a few tricky times with her health and, each time, the staff have acted promptly and appropriately, keeping myself and my brothers informed.
We know that she is safe and well cared for and that means everything.
They are very kind and supportive, both to us (the family) and to my mother, and we are very grateful
My family visits weekly and always find the staff amazing, able to laugh with the residents and have time for them no matter what. The residents are also really friendly whenever visit and let on.
The residents in the Dell are always occupied during the day with activities and visits from schools and people providing entertainment.
If I ever needed to go into care I would love somewhere like the Dell
I can not thank the staff at the Dell enough for all their hard work. Their dedication to meeting my mums needs was outstanding.
It was completely life changing for all of us, I reiterate that the staff are fantastic. They are Angels disguised as care givers and without them, I personally would of been lost.
I spent most days here with Mum, along with my sisters and the staff were very attentive to my mums needs and also know how to have a cheeky laugh which was much needed.
I owe all the staff so much for helping my Mum and over time, my mums rehabilitation has improved so much that she has come back home happy and relatively healthier even though she still needs round the clock care.
I'm so grateful to everyone at the Dell for all their hard work, kindness and professionalism.
Thank you Team Dell.
My dad has been here at The Dell care home since early this year. The care is excellent. Wonderful staff and management. Brilliant activities that ensure fun and friendships are formed. Communication with relatives is excellent. I know my dad is safe and happy. It is like one big family at The Dell!
I can't fault the care my friend gets in The Dell nursing home. He's well looked after, and all staff are sensitive to his needs.
The Dell is a wonderful home from home. My sister is happy and contented residing here. The staff are all happy to discuss anything with my sister and their sense of humour is excellent!!! All staff find time to chat and listen. Management are very approachable and always have the time of day to talk. My sister loves the artwork done with the activities coordinator. Thanks to you all for the care and love shown to my sister x
Thank you.
Friendly atmosphere, lovely staff always happy to help.
Myself and my sister call regularly to see our Mum. We always find her clean, warm, and comfortable. Any health issues she has encountered have been dealt with immediately, she enjoys the entertainment and the friendliness of all the staff and the many residents. We are delighted with her care and so thankful for all that the staff do for her. It comforts us to know that we never have to worry or be concerned about her. Thank you.
Mum has received the best care here. The Manager is fantastic, the staff are wonderful. Everyone works so hard, they're kind, caring and incredibly supportive.
The home itself is tired and outdated, however, Mum has settled really well and we've decided to allow Mum to stay permanently.
My hope is that the home will be updated, and new shower facilities are desperately needed. In the meantime, we're incredibly grateful to all the staff for looking after Mum and treating her like family.
Due to a deterioration in health, Nan went into The Dell and loves it! A little overwhelming to begin with but she soon settled in and The Dell became Home and staff has become family.
From management, seniors, carers, domestics, kitchen staff and the activity queen (hopefully you've all got a mention ) each and every one of them goes above and beyond on a daily basis to make Nan and all residents feel supported and cared for.
Thank You to all at The Dell from the family - you've certainly taken a lot of worry and stress away from us knowing that Nan is cared for and has support and assistance 24 hours a day - we've certainly slept better since Nan joined The Dell Family!
I cannot thank all the staff enough for all their hard work, understanding and professionalism in caring for my mum and for embracing me with their kind words.
Once again, a huge thank you to all the dedicated stall who care, clean and cook!
My mum has vascular dementia and was struggling at home so needed a care home. Mum and us as a family were made very welcome with a tray of tea on arrival. The staff were extremely caring and empathetic to our initial anxiety and went above and beyond to help us relax. My first impression was that all the residents were all very happy and relaxed. The staff on duty were entertaining them with music and dancing. This put me and my sister at ease leaving her there it was obvious the staff really cared and they were warm and loving towards all. My mum has now been there a month the care she is receiving is faultless. The staff are extremely professional, yet relaxed and very approachable. All the staff from the management to all carers and domestic staff equally are amazing. It feels like one big happy family. They have got my mum's trust and she absolutely loves being there. I am beyond happy with her care. Seeing Mum relaxed and happy is priceless. Home from home excellent care home.
She unfortunately had to move to a permanent care home, just hope she settles as well there.
Thank you to all at The Dell.
All the staff are the truly most amazing people who always go above and beyond for all their residents. I cannot thank them enough for the care they show for Mum.
Thank you.
My auntie was in the home and I'm still visiting, I'm always made welcome. I would recommend The Dell to anyone who was looking for a good care home.
I recommend this home to anyone. They are so loving, caring and family-orientated.
