Staff have been great with my dad. He actually thinks he is on holiday as he has dementia. My mum goes there every day and the staff are so friendly.

We feel better that he is getting the care he needs and that my mum made the right choice.
Although it is not the smartest of homes, the staff cannot be faulted at all. Both the care staff and activities staff give 110%. My Mum is now safe, happy and entertained more than I could ever do myself. I am eternally grateful to The Dell and will try and support them as much as I can.

In my experience the staff are helpful and compassionate, Mum seems well looked after and as a consequence is happy and contented.

The Dell is an excellent service for all residents that go there. All of the staff are so friendly. My mum is happy there when I go to see her and I just hope she's like that when I am not there, but her safety is most important, which is The Dell.
