Friendly and warm atmosphere.
My mum is happy, replaced and well looked after.
Excellent staff, caring and helpful. Dad is very happy here. The home is always clean, and the food is delicious. The staff are friendly, even when understaffed and under stress.
I find this care home extremely well cared for. The staff are always so polite and helpful. There is never an offensive smell and everywhere is bright and clean. Whenever I might need residential care this is the place for me!
Thank you to all the staff for being there for my mum. It is such hard work and you guys deserve so much more than a mention on here but please know that my family and I are so grateful for the care you provide her. You are all angels in disguise x
Wonderful staff looking after my Mum they always have time for her. Care has been exceptional over the last couple of years, which has been very difficult for them with COVID. They have always given 100%.
Excellent care home for my dad to recuperate in. He enjoyed his stay and his mobility really improved, plus was good for him to socialise with other residents. The care staff were so helpful and caring with my dad. I was very pleased, great service. Thank you.
Visiting my dear friend is always very good and a pleasure to see my friend taken so much good care of.
I visit my friend. Friendly staff.
Nice and clean. Caring staff and up-to-date information.
During this very uncertain time the staff at Israel Sieff Court have been very understanding and supportive. They have kept me informed of any issues with Mum and I'm able to Whatsapp Mum so I can have a chat with her.
Mum always tells me how happy she is with the staff and how they take good care of her.
The management team are very approachable and always have time to listen to any worries I have.
I'm so glad we found such a lovely place for Mum so she can get the care she needs.
Very high standard of cleanliness.
Varied activities.
We were recommended by the family of a resident and the mother of a staff member - so glad!
Mother is happy, content and cared for - couldn't wish for more.
However, this hard work is not unusual; every day there are different activities to keep residents' minds as sharp as they can be and prevent fast deterioration. There are also exercise sessions each week. The food is good and well presented. My mum has lived here for a year now and she says that she wouldn’t live anywhere else. I am so pleased that Israel Seiff Court was recommended to me.
My mum has been in this home for over 2 years now and I am so pleased with the care and attention the staff provide her I can't praise them all enough. Her condition has deteriorated in this time but I don't think she would still be with us as family without the care that has been provided to her.
They have been in the middle of a pandemic and I always had faith that the staff would do their utmost best in horrible circumstances for everyone involved.
The care home staff have always understood mum through humour and care. The care home staff have bundles of that.
Can't speak highly enough of the staff who make this place brilliant.
Initially we visited several local homes but Israel Sieff is the best we visited.
Mum was visited in the hospital, by the deputy manager and was excited about moving into the home. We were able to move some of her own possession there ready for her arrival. All the staff were always incredibly friendly and welcoming, nothing being too much trouble no matter how bity they were. The home had a real happy buzz! Staff tried hard to maintain the dignity of all the residents in a caring but necessarily firm way. They encouraged Mum to join in activities, and we had a beautiful Christmas dinner there with her. They seemed genuinely sad when she died recently but has helped her/us so much!
Since coming to Israel Sieff, I feel much safer than I did when I lived on my own. The care staff are very friendly and help me to socialise with other residents. They made Christmas Day a lovely day.
The friendly, caring staff have taken pains to help her feel at home - she struggled with this at times initially.
I have been kept informed of any falls and occasional hospital admissions and they have been open and honest with me.
They clearly have a good knowledge of residents interests and needs. I also feel welcomed when I visit.
The home provides fantastic care for my father, he is unable to walk since his stroke 20 months ago and also has dementia. The care the staff provide, both in helping my dad and providing him with stimulating experiences, is simply wonderful. From the meals provided by the restaurant staff to the level of cleanliness around the home, the services Israel Sieff provides is simply outstanding.
I think it is a lovely place and the staff are helpful, kind and happy, which must be hard at times.
