I visit twice a week and always found the premises to be clean and odour free. The girls are very friendly and helpful, but, maybe sometimes they seem to be a bit stretched.
Thank you for taking the time to review Israel Sieff Court and we are pleased that you are extremely likely to recommend us. We regularly review our staffing levels to ensure that we are providing the appropriate level of care.
I am very pleased with this care home, having visited 8/9 other residential homes. The staff are very friendly and helpful each time we visit and I find residents also central to their everyday care and needs. Residents are involved day to day in activities and the staff encourage and try to involve them at each session. I would recommend this residential home to other persons, family or friends.
Each time I visit my mother she is clean and tidy and hair brushed and looks best she has in years. Is happy and looks in good shape.
I had the best of care possible for my mum, nothing was too much trouble. Mum required a GP whilst there and the senior member of staff was brilliant and got my mum antibiotics for a urine infection.
My mother feels at home.
The atmosphere in the care home is always pleasant and welcoming. I am impressed by the way the staff know all the residents really well. The residents are treated with care, dignity and patience. There is plenty going on for them to enjoy but if they wish to remain in their room they are well looked after with food and drinks taken to them and regular checks are done by the staff.
My experience to date of the care home is one of excellence. All the staff treat the residents with support and care in every way. All the staff talk with the residents. They laugh with them and sometimes they even share a tear with them. The staff also make sure the welfare of residents come first. What more can you say about people. Thank you.
A well run and caring home. Staff build up good relationships with residents and are supportive to relatives. Regular reviews to address issues/concerns need to be a little more formal with residents, and relatives have given action lists and dates for competition. Staff should be paid more and we need more of them.
Generally happy with the care my parents received here. They were both in their 90s and required significant care. Staff always pleasant and helpful - impressed with the low turnover so we and my parents got to know them well. Would just like to see more regular reviews.
Very caring staff. People looked after very well.
As a family, we were very happy with the services i.e. food, cleanliness, staff, activities. We are always made to feel welcome by the staff. Care given and support shown to our mother very very good.
Our mother was a resident at Israel Sieff from Jan - Oct 2016, she sadly passed away at the beginning of Oct. During the time she was a resident, the staff treated her with respect, kindness and dignity. The rest of the family were and still are, always made welcome and made to feel part of the Israel Sieff 'family'. All Staff work tirelessly to make it a real home from home for everyone. Residents are kept stimulated and entertained by an excellent activities programme even including weekly 'pamper' time, brilliant for making people feel special. I wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending Israel Sieff Court to anyone looking for a safe and caring environment for their relative.
In my opinion Isreal Sieff Care home is excellent in every way. Residents are treated with care and affection and if I ever needed care I have told my children this is the only home I wish to go in.
My mums room is kept very well. Caring staff are very good as are all the auxiliary personnel. Food is very good, which is presented in a very good manner. I would recommend this home to people.
