Absolute joke. The home was informed my dad had vascular dementia and got up a lot in the night to pass water. We were reassured they has adequate resources to cope and had sensors to detect if he got up and would be there straight away to assist. 1st night dad falls when getting out of bed!? They send him off to hospital the day after dad is returned to the home very confused and agitated. He lashed out, which I agree cannot be accepted, but it was a one off. They sent him back to hospital with suspected water infection. When the hospital were ready to discharge the hone refused to accept him back!? Staying They cannot cope. They haven't even had my dad for 24 hours !! If the aggression was repeated maybe I accept that but it was a one off. Quite clearly not capable at all looking after dementia patients but happy to take the money!!

Reply from Rohit Fredric Joseph, Registered manager at Chamber Mount

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with your dad's short term placement. We would like to bring few things to your attention, and we are definite that you will disagree. Firstly, the assessment paperwork and handover, by family member, were not fully factual and didn't clearly reflect all...
