Review from Linda N (Mother of Resident) published on 16 July 2026 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
My daughter who suffered with mental health was a resident from Sep 2024 until her death in Sep 2025 .

Certain staff and ex manager purposely said mean things to upset her such as " we're getting you out/ evicted". Meals were not nice and often made her vomit / diarrhoea. I have photo evidence .Before this she often went hungry as meals were binned as she was out. Staff refused to make her a sandwich but other residents had meals kept in the fridge/ sandwich made. Her mattress was a thin sheet covering springs ( no foam) I complained for mths and finally Sep 2025 staff happily announced they had got her a new one. Upon opening it, it was evident from the stench and brown, blood colour that someone had died on that mattress. Not new at all.Again I have photo evidence. My daughter took her own life . Two days after her death the manager let a person into her room. He was on the BARRED LIST and should not have been granted access. He stole her belongings. Disgraceful
