I am giving Ancliffe 11 out of 10 for the unbelievable care that my mum has had from the staff whilst she has lived there. The staff are extremely caring, gentle, and compassionate at all times and treat everyone in an appropriate manner to their needs. My mum has felt secure and safe and very happy living here. Thye have gone above and beyond in caring for my mum through her end-of-life care. Ignore the building fabric it's the care that matters.

It was lovely to see my Auntie after months apart. The home had excellent procedures in place and strict guidelines to follow, so it all felt very safe. The room was spacious and well-ventilated. The staff were very helpful and supportive.

The staff and care provided here is first class. My mother was in a poor state when she arrived in October 2015, but she has improved enormously since being at Ancliffe. Nothing but praise for the wonderful staff.
