- Visiting is between 8 am and 9 pm but would ask you to please respect meal times. Breakfast 8 am to 10 am. Dinner 12 noon to 1 pm. Teatime 4.30 pm to 5.30 pm. Whilst it is possible to visit it is preferred if you could avoid these times. No appointment is necessary.

Staff are very nice, food was decent generally, however the room was horrendous and we hadn't seen it until everything was arranged, thankfully it was only two weeks respite but I'll always regret leaving my mum in that dirty smelly room for 2 minutes let alone two weeks!

Staff are very nice, food was decent generally, however the room was horrendous and we hadn't seen it until everything was arranged, thankfully it was only two weeks respite but I'll always regret leaving my mum in that dirty smelly room for 2 minutes let alone two weeks!
Blame lies with the owners who live it up in a luxury detached home while providing the minimum for the elderly who fund them.

Our manager came out to assess your mother on the 24th of September and as you were going on holiday on the 26th, we helped you out by admitting your mother into the only room...
We are sorry the recent visit didn't meet your expectations. After making extensive inquiries we would offer the following. Our manager came out to assess your mother on the 24th of September and as you were going on holiday on the 26th, we helped you out by admitting your mother into the only room we had available, which you happily accepted. This room had been designated for renovation and indeed the carpet was replaced the second week of your mum's stay. We wouldn't normally have let that room but as this was an emergency situation, we did so on this occasion. We are pleased that you were satisfied with the level of care our staff were able to provide to your mother.

Overall Experience
I have been in here for eight months. At first I was anxious but I am more settled now. I liked it as soon as I saw it. The bedroom that I have got is nice and big and nicely decorated.
The staff are very nice and friendly to me.
