Enough amazing doesn't seem high enough nothing is a problem to anybody at any time I was worried leaving mum but we could not have found a better place to care for mum who is settled and relaxed I have not heard a bad word said about orchard lodge and now I know why the staff have so much respect and empathy toward all the residents but they also look after us as family they are there for us too I feel like I am not alone it's a hard decision to make to have to accept you can't cope anymore it was so much easier going into a beautiful and happy environment mum loves I go on a Thursday !! But there are activities each afternoon. and the other residents are all settled too I've never seen a distressed resident you are an amazing team at orchard house thank you for actually caring xxxx

Prior to living there she had been living on her own, she was not looking after herself, As a working family we couldn't be with her 24/7 so she was very lonely. After a fall and a spell in hospital she was transferred to Orchard Lodge to recuperate....
In December 2015 mum in law became poorly, and passed away in January 2016. Her end of life care was the best. The staff went above and beyond the call of duty, they were very professional and very caring. Not only did they look after mum in law but they looked after our family. We were allowed to visit whenever and for however long we wanted. A cup of tea and a sympathtic chat was always there when needed. I cannot recommend Orchard Lodge highly enough.
