Hawthorne Lodge Reviews (4)
Over all time Hawthorne Lodge has 4 reviews.
My mum has been a resident in this care home for the past 6 months and I can honestly say that I am really pleased about the decision I made. Staff are unbelievably caring and very friendly and have made my mum welcome from day one.
She was made so welcome and felt very much at home from the moment she arrived.
The kindness and consideration that all the staff gave to her was excellent.
There was nothing that they didn't do to make her short stay comfortable
Well cared for.
Every member of staff was so friendly and kind.
They went above and beyond what a care home normally does for its residents.
I have frequented many care homes over the years due to visiting the sick and elderly.
On a voluntary basis, I know that some care homes can be very unwelcoming and intimidating.
Hawthorne Lodge is not one of those.
I have instructed my family, that if I need to be admitted into a care home in the future, that I want to go into Hawthorne Lodge.
I cannot praise and thank these beautiful people for what they did for my lovely friend.
God bless each and every member of staff.
Thank you for the review. It is very encouraging for staff and management that they are appreciated for the hard work they doing. We will continue to provide care to the highest level to all our residents.
The care home is really welcoming, and all of the staff are very friendly and caring - nothing is too much trouble for them. The support given by The General Manager is second to none and he always makes himself available. You can clearly tell that the residents are safe and cared for which gives immense peace of mind. I visit many care homes in the area and the care and compassion shown by the team at Hawthorne Lodge is commendable. Keep up the excellent work!
Walked in this residential home to the friendly and helpful staff. All our needs were met with respect, lovely clean and tidy home for the elderly residents would recommend this care home to friends and families elderly family members if needing help with their loved ones.
