My grandad was admitted to Nazareth House initially for respite care. The staff treated grandad like an old friend, whilst making the environment homely, and welcoming for him, my nan, and the whole family.


Grandad was a resident at Nazareth House, whilst my nan visited daily, for several hours.

Both suffered with dementia. The staff met both of their different needs, communicating with the extended family when necessary.


Whilst in Nazareth House, grandad was sadly diagnosed with a terminal illness, and passed away within 4 weeks. The compassion and dignity he received during his final weeks was outstanding. The loss of any loved one is a difficult and emotional time, but the staff at Nazareth House went above and beyond what was required, and made the situation as seamless as it can be for the whole family.


Nazareth House is clearly a care environment where dignity, compassion and respect is embedded in their staff. We will be forever grateful for everything you have done for our families. From the bottom of our heart, thank you.

My Grandad was in Nazareth house from October to March. The level of care and general compassion shown to all the family, especially my Nan was overwhelming. He was treated like a personal family member by each and every staff member and nothing was too much trouble despite his complex needs and ways.
The way they showed empathy towards my Nan when she visited and looked after her also was more than any of us could have asked for. In the last few weeks the staff accommodated the influx of family members and couldn't assist enough, they really became part of the family and made a difficult time more bearable. Although some Staff stood out more than others collectively, every single person made our last few weeks with our Dad/Grandad more bearable, accommodating visits at all hours, setting up separate rooms for family lunches and giving us quiet time when we needed it. For that and lots of other reasons we really can't thank you all enough and it really did make all the difference.

I have Power of Attorney for my aunt and her family and I are delighted with her care. If it has not been for Nazareth House, I am sure she would not be with us. They are sensitive and highly respectful of her needs and provide a very high level of care and support. She is very happy at Nazareth House
and loves the staff.
They have a challenging job and do it very well.

Mum became a resident at Nazareth House in October 2018. All staff, from the Manager to those offering ongoing care have, without exception, treated her with dignity, good humour and in a caring manner. She loves where she is, enjoys wholesome food and involves herself in as many activities as are available.
Attention to detail is first class and all needs catered for, whether optician, chiropodist, hairdressing services. Medical supervision is low key but always available and regular communication with family members an ongoing feature of her overall care. The entire family is pleased that she has settled in so well and can relax, safe in the knowledge that she is secure, happy, warm, well fed and well looked after.

My father arrived at Nazareth House at a very difficult time for him. The management and staff were fantastic towards him and always made their best efforts to make him feel at home. He would often describe the staff as "second to none". My father loved the food at Nazareth House and staff would go
out of their way to find what individuals liked. My thanks and best wishes go out to the management and staff for the future.

My mother has been in this care home for 5 years. We cannot speak highly enough of the care she received. The staff go the extra mile to help her. We, as a family, cannot recommend the care home highly enough. Most importantly, Mum is happy.

My Mum has stayed in Nazareth House in Crosby for four years. The staff are very caring. My Mum is safe and loves her home. As a family, we look forward to visiting Mum. The staff make us welcome. Nothing is too much trouble. It was the best decision we made picking Nazareth House.

Mum always seems clean, tidy and happy. She says she likes living here and so we are happy if she is happy. Staff are always lovely and very helpful. They seem to care and we can call any time which is great.

I find the staff friendly. My mum loves all the staff and said they work very hard. The evening meal can be very unappetising at times. If I have a problem I can go to a staff member for help and information.

Since my Dad came to Nazareth House, he has been treated with dignity and has had his needs met at all times. The home is spotlessly clean and the food is excellent (beyond expectation). All the nurses/carers are attentive and listen to family views at all times. I would not hesitate to recommend Nazareth
House as it was also recommended to us.

The staff of Nazareth House were unfailingly kind to my sister and to myself when I phoned or visited. Staff always provided me with up to date information on my sister's health and wellbeing, also respecting her privacy.
They encouraged her to participate in social activities. When I visited, I was
also impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

My nan was resident at the home for a number of years, my nan suffered from Dementia. My nan who is now deceased was not given the correct care towards the end. I am of the opinion the staff were unprofessional.
