Review from Diane W (Cousin of Resident) published on 29 August 2024 Submitted via Website
Overall Experience
I would like to thank all of the staff at Acorn House, all the care staff, and all the other members of staff. They treat all of the residents with love, compassion, and dignity and their clinical expertise is second to none. Their love, care, and understanding of all residents and their families is exceptional.

It was a hard decision to let my cousin go into care but I knew that she was not safe at home. The staff at Acorn House made the transition much easier and I would like to say thank you on behalf of the Wakefield family.

Overall Experience

My brother has moved in today and the help and welcome we have received was second to none. At such a difficult time for us both, the staff could not have been more helpful. My brother does not always find things easy but seemed very happy that everyone was in his corner. Thanks to all the team for your welcome and let's hope he continues to settle well.
