Executive leader with a comprehensive management background extending to 19+ years in the Healthcare Industry as a Chief Executive Officer for high-growth organisations as well as his own 22 Care Home Portfolio.
Having sold his portfolio in 2021, Chandler Warren enlisted his services to Allandale Care Group and dedicated his time and passion to this outstanding Charity Group. As the Chief Executive Officer of the care homes group, Chandler has surrounded himself with the most qualified and dedicated team of care home professionals available.
Chandler is a very passionate, compassionate and hands-on CEO who thrives in the care of the elderly and has a real dedication to achieving excellent standards of care.
I had spent 20 years working in retail before changing career in 2013 and moving into the Health and Social care sector as a domiciliary carer. I progressed to manager of the company and within 2 years gained a Good in all areas with CQC. I completed my level 5 diploma in 2015
Moving to residential care in 2017 I became registered Manager at Heathermount where I stayed for 4 years.
During this time, the home was visited by CQC and gained a GOOD in all areas of inspection.
In 2021 I was promoted to General Manager of Allandale Care Group, and I am also the Nominated Individual with CQC.. My main duties are to oversee all regulated activities and ensure our services are well run.
In my free time, I like to listen to music, of all kinds, and I am a huge football fan, especially Liverpool FC. I have 3 Grandchildren who spend a lot of time at ‘nanny’s’ house.
I am very passionate about my job and want both homes to be the best they possibly can be so that our residents are happy, comfortable and safe. It is also important to me that our families and friends feel secure knowing that their loved ones are well cared for.
I have 10 years of experience in the care industry. I started my career as a mental health support worker whilst I was studying a level 3 childcare and education qualification.
Whilst working as a mental health support worker I discovered my passion for providing care and support to vulnerable individuals and that I wished to progress within the health and social care sector. In the following years, I worked across several services providing care to vulnerable adults of all ages. In 2018 I was employed as a senior healthcare assistant within an elderly residential home, and I knew straight away that this is where my heart lies, I felt like I was home. In 2019 I started working towards a bachelor’s degree in health and social care whilst working full time. I initially started the degree as I have always been an avid learner and wished to enhance my knowledge in all areas of the health and social care sector. I started my career as a registered manager in early 2021, I joined Allandale Care Group as a registered manager in June 2023. During my brief time at Allandale Care Group, I have supported my team to achieve an ‘excellent’ rating when inspected by PAMMS, my team and I are enormously proud of this achievement.
I look forward to my future within Allandale Care Group.
I chose to become a care assistant because working with elderly people has always been a passion of mine, and it deepened ever since I cared for my mum during the final months of her life, whilst it was difficult at the time I understood it wasn’t about how I felt, it was about how my mum felt. I aimed to ensure that she was comfortable, not in pain, comforted and overall someone who was there for her. This is why I feel that working alongside people who struggle for various reasons whether it be age or illness and helping them feel independent again is something I hold close to my heart.
Being a care assistant who can provide physical and emotional support to those in need, being a good listener, a good team member, and being a listening ear to not only the residents but their families as well if they need to talk, and being the reassurance, they need when they are scared. Being able to share their happy memories with them and creating more happy experiences for them when they may believe it is no longer possible is what I aim to achieve. That within itself is one of the main reasons why I am passionate about this type of work, being able to give back to people who have helped people throughout their lives is a small token of appreciation to me.
I joined Allandale Care Group in 2019 as a night care assistant, and since then I have developed my skills and knowledge with support from everyone from care staff to management. I have been given the opportunity to take on the role of Care team Leader which I am immensely proud of. I can only thank the Management for this as the support they have given me and continue to have only helped me grow within my role.
Kate progressed to deputy manager in 2024.
I have always worked in the financial background for at least 30 years. Working in different sectors of the industry I have gained numerous years of valuable experience in all fields.
I have worked on trading desks in the raw commodities industry looking after high-volume invoicing and credit control, reporting to the Directors, and dealing with our European customers. I enjoyed a period within the Sea safety industry looking after the accounts for all our offices located up and down the country and dealing with all the stock involved. I have also worked within the construction sector, which was extremely demanding and busy, looking after payroll for our subsidiary companies and dealing with CIS, and a high level of invoicing and accountancy reporting.
I have studied at college to gain my AAT Certification.
After taking a break to look after my family and raise my children, I decided I wanted to go back to work. I was approached by Allandale Care Group for an interview, I was extremely impressed with the Overall engagement with the staff and employees. No stone is left unturned, the respect and work ethos are very apparent from all. I am a compassionate person with a caring nature and did not hesitate to accept the job offer from the CEO Of Allandale Care Group and look forward to many years ahead.
In my free time, I engage in lots of activities with my family. I come from a big family and my house is always full of friends and family.
I am a Care Team Leader @ The Croft, I work the night shifts.
I have worked at The Croft for over 3 years.
I first came into care at the age of 16 years old my first ever job. I enjoyed 2 years doing this but then decided I wanted to take a different path Retail management for 35 years. Fast forward 35 years later my dad became ill and I decided to look after him. Then I moved into my mother in laws as she also became very ill and cared for her until she passed away.
Covid hit, I realised I wanted to give something back to the care industry and I've never looked back since. I was fortunate to get myself a job at the Croft. I am very passionate about my role and enjoy caring, sitting with the residents and most of all listening to their stories and their needs.
Coming home after a 12-hour shift knowing that I've made someone happy by just doing what I love is the most rewarding job ever, I wouldn't change it for the world.
In my free time, I love to dine out, walk my dog Coco and taking holidays abroad.
I have worked in the care sector since I was 16. I chose care as I enjoy looking after people. Working in care is a very rewarding job, I joined Allandale 3 years ago where I work as a care team leader. Allandale is a very person-centred care home and our residents are at the heart of everything that we do. It is not just a job we are all a family. In my spare time, I enjoy reading and looking after my grandson.
