Overall Experience

Mum moved into The Court in December 2024. My experience of The Court is that of complete satisfaction in all respects of the care and kindness shown to Mum. The staff are professional, caring, kind, helpful and welcoming. Nothing is too much trouble. Mum is kept safe and her privacy and dignity are always maintained. As a family we visit often and whatever time we visit we are greeted with open arms and friendly smiles. Despite the difficult disease that dementia is, the staff's patience and tolerance shines through. The staff keep a close eye on everything going on. All of the staff do a wonderful job, often in difficult circumstances. The meals look very nice and mum is kept warm and cared for in every way. Thank you to everyone for keeping Mum safe and for the care and love shown to my mum.

Overall Experience

My dad has been a resident at The Court, for nearly a year. Me and my brother researched and visited a number (probably 20) of Homes before we decided on The Court. Their audit scores looked at best average, the care and compassion my dad receives every day is exceptional. The premises and gardens are well kept, staff are brilliant.
