As a care home manager, I believe we are privileged to have the opportunity to meet and know the people who stay at Henning Hall. The home is beautifully decorated to make you feel welcome. My goal is to work in partnership with the people who use our service along with their families and friends so they feel at home and at ease to live life to their best possible fullness, maximising their abilities.
I have 23 years of experience working with older adults living with reduced physical health and/or dementia. 12 years of my experience has been in the management of a Care Home. I achieved good CQC reports previously and I always aim through continual development to build a strong, committed team to promote a good all-round experience for the people who use our services.
