Hillcrest is delighted to welcome visitors at any time. Guests are kindly asked to sign in at the main reception or entrance. Smaller dogs are also welcome to visit but must be kept on a lead.

In relation to staff, all were good but some were excellent and went above and beyond expectations. We were never asked to input into a care plan or review which would have been useful.
When my mum left the home to move to somewhere closer to us, again the manager and staff were very understanding and supportive - this was greatly appreciated.

Before joining our team, Julie was a childminder, a role that allowed her to balance her professional life with her family's needs. Her experience in caring for children, some as young as three months old, has instilled in her a deep-rooted understanding of nurturing and compassionate care.
