The manager and assistant manager have helped not only my husband but have also helped me personally. I would highly recommend Albert House.

Thank you for your kind words, we really appreciate it.
My Gran absolutely loved her time at Albert House and knowing she was happy and well cared for made a huge difference to us as a family, particularly as the majority of her time there was spent during lockdown. The level of care given by all the staff was exceptional.

Kept well-informed during a difficult period. Always seemed well-staffed. Always clean and tidy.

My mum was always treated with respect during her time at Albert House Residential Home. The staff managed her medical needs and I was always informed of any changes in her health straight away. The home is spotlessly clean and the staff are very caring and friendly.

We found the staff and care of a very high standard and they were extremely helpful whenever we contacted them. My father was made very comfortable and enjoyed the short time he was a resident in the home.

My mum has been in residential care for the past 3 years. I have always found the staff very helpful and caring. Over the past 12 months, this has been made easier by knowing that mum has been well cared for during the pandemic. They have dealt with things as they have progressed in a very efficient, professional manner. All credit to them and a big thank you.
Due to the current situation with covid, we were unable to visit mum but going from what I've seen and heard there were no issues with the care that they were giving mum. Her room was nicely laid out and clean.

Thank you for your comments, Mum's smile will always be remembered.
My mother in law has been in Albert House for the past year and is very content where she is. Staff are very helpful and efficient. They have managed several health problems very well and coped with covid in an exemplary manner.

When I have spoken to the manager regarding her admission she was extremely helpful and reassuring and went through everything with me. Mum has settled in very well and is very happy and contented. I have only seen through the windows into the care home but am very happy with what I have seen. The staff are very helpful with visits.
Thank you for your kind words and hopefully, we will see you soon.
I think more activities could be introduced for the partially sighted people. Also, another carer should be put onto the night shift.

Thank you for your comments, we would like to assure you that we constantly monitor our staffing levels and we are proactively changing shift patterns regularly to accommodate the needs of our residents. We have also recently undertaken questionnaires with our residents and they have given some very good ideas to add into our Activities Programmes. Thank you again for your comments.

The care my mother received was excellent. Due to the Covid lockdown, her family were unable to visit. The staff became her family and cared for her just as we would. There were activities and entertainment, all arranged and provided by the hard-working staff, who due to PPE, testing and regulation, were themselves extremely busy. But still, the residents were top priority giving excellent care.
Thank you, we appreciate your comments and hopefully, we will all be able to meet again in the near future. Regards, Dawn Murphy Registered Manager and the Team at Albert House.
Brilliant. I feel so content knowing my loved one is safe and being cared for well. The staff are amazing at what they do, and I am so grateful. Albert House is a lovely environment, great facilities and activities. Thank you.

Our dad became a resident in April, right in the middle of the Covid pandemic. All staff are professional, kind, caring and understanding and have endless patience, even with family ringing or calling daily. Nothing is too much trouble. We got window visits with Dad and FaceTime, in which he always told us staff were good with him. Dad sadly passed away in June and we got to be with him when he passed, for which we can't thank staff enough. They all go over and above their duties. They're angels and deserve medals.
