Alma Green Care Home Reviews (3)
Over all time Alma Green Care Home has 3 reviews.
My mother has been a resident at this care home for two years after she became unable to live independently due to dementia. From day one my mother fell in love with the home and the staff. On my weekly visit she would wax lyrical about how happy she was, how clean the home was, how nice the food was and how attenuative the staff were. Unfortunately over the past few months my mother's dementia has been very bad and the visits can be silent as she is unwell and confused. As a family we would like to say Thank You to every single member of the staff as the love and affection they still show towards my mother is both touching and unbelievable dedication. They ring immediately if they think we should be aware of any issue and act accordingly. Choosing a care home for any person is both a heart-wrenching and arduous task. We are so grateful as a family that we chose Alma Green as my mum could not have received a better standard of care.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your heartfelt feedback about your mother's experience at Alma Green. We are deeply touched by your kind words and are immensely grateful for your recognition of our staff's dedication and compassion. It brings us great joy to hear that your mother...
This is my last and final review as my mum has passed away. I would just like to take this opportunity to thank the manager and all the staff for looking after my mum over the last 10 years. Some members of staff have left within that time I would like to thank them also. They have all given such tender love and care to my mum and my family. I wish them all the very best for the future.
We would like to take this opportunity to say a big thank you to all the staff at Alma Green for all the love and care and support you show my mum, she has been in Alma Green seven years next month and the care she has received is amazing. The girls have not only looked after my mum but have been as caring to us as well, would not have been able to cope without their love and support. We would not hesitate to highly recommend this home, they truly are amazing people. Keep up the amazing work girls think the world of you all. If this home was not up to the standard it is, my mum would not be in there, it truly is a fantastic care home.
