My mum was a resident at Catterall House for 15 months until she passed away at 87. Her time at the home was a happy one. She was cared for in the most compassionate, respectful, and generous way - more than I could ever have hoped for. The staff at the home are all wonderful and I cannot thank them
enough. There was always something going on for the residents, skillfully organised by the activities organiser and I was always welcome as a visitor to Mum. I highly recommend Catterall House for anyone who is looking for a home for their loved one. The manager and her staff are highly skilled in caring for dementia sufferers - they just know how to handle anything with sound knowledge of the condition and the most caring and patient approach. A big thank you to you all.

My grandmother lived in Catterall House Residential Care Home for over fifteen months until her recent passing at 102 years old. She was extremely well cared for and was very happy there. The staff, including the manager and assistant manager, are all absolutely wonderful, kind and caring. she often
took part in activities like bingo and exercise to music. The home was always spotless and clean and my grandmother loved her meal times. She was always treated with dignity and respect. I can not recommend Catterall House highly enough.

My mother had been a resident at Catterall House for just over a year. I would have no hesitation in recommending Catterall House to anyone looking for somewhere that will provide long term care for a loved one. We have found the facilities, quality of food but above all the exceptional care provided
by committed and well-trained staff to be exceptional. Since my mother entered Catterall House her health and mental wellbeing have improved considerably and at all times she had been very happy there. This is a testament to the care provided by the staff.

My mother wanted to go to Catterall House as she spent a few weeks respite and said the staff the food and the facilities were excellent. Now she is there permanently and is very happy there. I myself cannot fault the place the staff are so friendly and usually offer me a brew. A very friendly atmosphere..
