. After leaving Preston hospital I was placed at Dolphinlea for rehab and physio which was for 5weeks,on arrival I was not in a good mental health state as I had recently had both lower limbs removed and I was also being treated for prostrate cancer and lymtho cancer. The staff welcomed me on...
. After leaving Preston hospital I was placed at Dolphinlea for rehab and physio which was for 5weeks,on arrival I was not in a good mental health state as I had recently had both lower limbs removed and I was also being treated for prostrate cancer and lymtho cancer. The staff welcomed me on arrival,and from day one until I went home the care I received from them was without doubt on cedar was exceptional from everybody.Very professional and always a caring word a passing smile each day from getting up in a morning until going to bed nothing , Avery secure and warming place to be in, My family could see when they visited me the change in me each day to my physical wellbeing,Well done to all staff for getting me to a better place.

Thank you all for the fantastic care and the valuable work you all do.Wonderful peaceful surroundings, lovely atmosphere. So much laughter, my husband improved greatly after a few weeks. Very well fed and looked after him like he was one of their own.Genuine,caring people. I thank you all

My mum has been on the rehabilitation side of Dolphinlee, since January 2020 and is now a permanent resident there.
Every member of staff in this establishment has been very caring and attentive to her needs.

Every member of staff in this establishment has been very caring and attentive to her needs.
This establishment is well run by the management and the staff. I personally would say the CQC need to update their page and listen to people who have family members there. I personally would give this a 5 star in every way, no one is perfect but I can honestly say this care home would be highly recommended to anyone by us. Thank you all for the care and attention you give to not only my mum but all the residents. This care home is clean and caring 100% thanks.
