Bluebell House is a great place where we can be sure that Mum is safe and well looked after.

This week we attended a Family Barbeque at Bluebell House and their attention to detail was evident in all aspects of the event.

I think the care mum has received here has been better than I ever hoped for.

It was a very difficult decision to move mum into care, but it has been an excellent one. She is treated with love, kindness, dignity + respect at all times. We really appreciate all you do for her.

My granny continues to be cared for exceptionally well by everyone at Bluebell House. The home is run with person centred care at the heart of it - with my granny being seen as an individual with her wants and needs met in a way that maintains her dignity and independence. Bluebell House has a warm, homely feel to it and I have always felt welcome here, which is so important when visiting my granny. Thank you for all that you do, it is very much appreciated and your hard work doesnt go unnoticed.

I have been visiting a friend over 12 months. My friend has settled in fine. Loves everything. What a difference in her. She is fine in every way. She enjoys Bluebell, which is lovely to see as she was adamant she was staying in her own home. No more worrying about her wellbeing and safety.

Absolutely brilliant home, my grandma is clearly well looked after, and has been for over a year now. Whilst going in a care home is never something a close family will want for their relative, our Grandma has gained a new close family. All of the staff are brilliant, kind, caring, sense of humour & attentive. Our Grandma has made lots of new friends, with both staff & residents, & it is very clear she is happy in Bluebell House. Thankyou!

Bluebell is an incredible care home. The staff are all loving and caring and treat my nan as if she is a member of their own family. There is a genuine family feel to the house, with daily activities and engagement, regular trips into the community. I can't recommend Bluebell highly enough and wouldn't want Nan to be anywhere else.

Very apprehensive of moving Mum into residential care but absolutely the right thing to do, to entrust her care to Bluebell. The staff are amazing, the level of care, empathy & support is outstanding. Dignity is always paramount. Mum is living life and not just living out her life.

Wonderful place, very bright and welcoming. Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful, can't do enough for the residents. Plenty of activities and outings. No concerns since mum came to Bluebell House despite our reservations when we heard she could no longer care for herself at home. Best decision we made, mum is very happy at Bluebell and speaks very highly of the staff. And has made lots of friends. I have no concerns when we leave her knowing that she is safe and well cared for.

My mother's care at Bluebell House is exceptional. The staff care so much about the residents. Nothing is too much for them. The management - Mark and Jo go above and beyond. Mum was 100 last week. The party was fantastic all down to the organisation and care taken by the staff. She's very happy here. I couldn't have chosen a better place for my mum to stay. Thank you.

The care at Bluebell is superb. My mum was very independent and initially opposed to needing any help - but she loved it there. The care, and emotional support from all staff was outstanding. Full activities if residents wanted them, and quiet areas if not. Always spotlessly clean and individual attention in abundance. Mum and all her family loved it.

Dad came to Bluebell House in 2023 due to not being able to look after himself because of his dementia. The care here is fabulous, it is like home from home. Dad settled here straight away. The staff are wonderful, it is like one big family, the staff are so patient with him, and ensure his personal care is dealt with, even when he can be very difficult. Dad is very happy here.

My mother has been a resident of Bluebell House for almost a year now. She was lonely and struggling at home when Dad died and initially resisted going into a home. However, she quickly settled down and is now completely happy. The staff at Bluebell are marvellous, attentive and caring and they really seem to be fond of residents. There have been a few issues with laundry and separating belongings between residents, and the rooms are rather small but they meet Mum's needs. She really only uses her room for sleeping and much prefers to be joining in the activities downstairs. The staff try to do something most afternoons, from singing, chair exercises, games, drawing, crafting and baking to name a few. The house is always clean, light and welcoming. Mark and Jo, as managers, are always available and respond quickly to questions and problems, offering as much support to residents and families as possible. We would have no hesitation in recommending Bluebell House to anyone
