My son has been living at Holywell Residential Home, and I couldn't be happier with the care and support he receives. From the moment he moved in, his needs have been met with kindness, compassion, and genuine care.
The carers have taken the time to get to know him as an individual and have worked hard to establish a daily routine that helps him feel comfortable and secure. The home has a real family atmosphere, and it is clear that all the residents are well cared for and treated with respect.
A special mention goes to Tara, the manager, who is absolutely amazing. She always listens, is approachable, and does everything she can to accommodate both residents and their families. Tara is like the mother of the house, she genuinely cares about everyone and works tirelessly to make sure residents feel safe, happy, and valued.
Also Patti, like an aunty who is friendly and makes you feel at home.

Overall Experience
I was happy to see how my friend has improved over time, she was happily mixing with people in the community her carers were kind and I was suprised hearing her uttering some words, when passed my greetings, she was very smart and looked very happy. The Holywell team is doing amazing work she used to use force when coming her needs now she is using signs "wow" well done.

The manager herself is an amazing person, the staff at Holywell Home give their full commitment to all the residents and make them feel as if it was their own home.
I honestly can’t thank each member of the team at Holywell Home enough for everything they do. My sister has complex needs, and the whole team are supportive not only of my sister but of us all as a family. I can honestly say she is in safe hands and the home itself isn’t like any other this home feels like a family with the manager, and staff supporting in the best way they can.
The compassion shown by the team is exceptional. We will always be grateful for everything you have done. Nothing was too much trouble, and every interaction was carried out with genuine compassion by the team they genuinely care about the people residing in the home. We visited weekly, at different times, and on each occasion witnessed all residents being treated with kindness and respect by the whole team.

My sister has stayed here twice now. I’m so happy she’s there. She comes on so much and is taken such good care of. I feel good that she is there and not one bit anxious. Very well done to the staff and the manager who I speak with most. But all are lovely, friendly, great people who work there.

A very friendly run home. A lovely, clean accommodation and the residents are very cared for to keep them safe. Staff go above and beyond to give everyone a good lifestyle and tend to each person's individual needs. The home is situated close to the sea and makes visiting a pleasure to go for a walk with my brother.

My friend resides at Holywell Home, she has always got nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the other people she lives with.

The staff at Holywell Home are always very welcoming and very approachable. They also take their time with each resident making sure they are all safe and okay. Anything anyone needs the staff are sure to go above and beyond to help them out.

Overall Experience
As a close friend of a resident, I feel like Holywell Home does an amazing job. I like the fact that the home promotes independence to the service user by giving them their own key to the front door. I also like the fact the staff are always uplifting the service users spirits and making them happy every time I visit this home.
The staff are always happy and friendly and can always see them going the extra mile. I couldn't recommend this home enough to anyone who is looking for a care home.

Overall Experience
There is a friendly warm feeling when visiting the property. Staff are always polite and make you feel welcome.
Residents are always happy and have an extremely good relationship with staff.
I honestly can't find fault with staff or facilities and would definitely recommend the home to persons with interest.

I have always found the care my friend receives to be excellent with all the care staff being very friendly and capable and they create a lovely relaxed and safe environment. All residents seem to be very happy and contented.

Overall Experience
The care of the residents is very good and I cannot fault it at all. Staff are very caring and patient and put the residents first.
If any of them are not happy about anything, they will take them aside to get it off their chest's.
