In short, I can honestly say that during my visits to Swillbrook I've only ever seen excellent, professional care, delivered with compassion by all the staff.

My wife has been a resident at Swillbrook House since November 2016. She has settled extremely well in the home. I cannot thank the staff for the assistance they give her. Everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and helpful to both my wife and myself.

I had a passion to work in the care sector. Following this, I enjoyed my role. I was a senior carer for many years, and I showed outstanding practices and diligence in my senior role. I was allowed to become a care home manager, which I gave 100% to. I have also studied hard and have completed my NVQ Level 5. My desire is to ensure that the people who use services are given the highest standard of care in a way that makes them feel inclusive. It is important to me that the staff I work with feel supported, empowered, and happy in their role. I will reflect, open and non-judgemental so I can learn and adapt how we all work together in the longer term. I vigorously seek new opportunities to enable me to develop within the social care profession whilst gaining as much practical experience as possible. I am extremely confident in my own abilities and pride myself on my competence to think critically and creatively, adapting to These values made me believe that I am a good home manager.
