Very unfair treatment towards myself. Was treated poorly and was given meds far too late. I was bullied by other users and was never treated the same as other users. Not happy with the respite offered to me.

Amazing staff, very professional, very helpful and friendly service with excellent teamwork. A safe atmosphere. Brilliant and understanding, hard-working. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommended this to respite users.
