Overall Experience

My 90-year-old mum spent her last 10 months here. She suffered from Alzheimer's. She was happier here than she had been for the last ten years since my father died. The staff are wonderful and in what has been a very traumatic year for everyone, due to covid, they have been outstanding. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Whenever I visited, Mum told me how lucky she was and how she loved it there. Our family are so grateful to everyone who works there, not forgetting the resident dog. So glad they were able to get her out of hospital to pass away where she loved and was loved back.

Overall Experience
Excellent caring staff, who have time for both residents and relatives. It was home from home for my Mum and I.
They cared for Mum with love and dignity and although only lived there a short time I felt she was cared for totally and didn't worry about her when I wasn't there.
Would definitely recommend this caring environment if you are looking for somewhere for a loved one.

Can't thank the staff enough for their care.
