Mum suffered a complex leg injury and the hospital wanted to discharge her. Her needs were high. Many care homes turned her down. The day after I contacted Burntwood Hall, the deputy manager came to the hospital to meet us and completed a full detailed assessment, accepted her and arranged her transfer. I was so nervous. All the staff spent time getting to know us and mum, and settling her in, easing our worries. When professional help was needed, they involved the district nurses and GP services, to try and keep mum as comfortable, safe and healthy as possible. The atmosphere in the home is lovely and homely, the staff seem happy and the residents appear well looked after. It's a beautiful home in many ways. Beautiful surroundings.

I volunteer with my small dog to add a different experience for the residents in the care centre.

The staff are very kind and there appears to be a real connection with the residents.

Nothing is too much trouble whenever we have had any questions or queries. We have been made to feel as if my dad is the only resident at Burntwood Hill. The exceptional circumstances that we encountered five days after dad went into care at Burntwood Hall have been handled by all with the utmost care, professionalism and great assistance by all the staff there for which we are extremely grateful.

I visit my dear friend on a regular basis at Burntwood Hall Care Centre. I must admit I was very worried about my friend going into a care home but I need not have worried at all. The care my friend receives is second to none by the kind and caring management and staff. The home is beautifully clean and free from any smell. There is always some kind of activities to entertain the residents and families are encouraged to join in. I believe my friend's health would not be as good if she were at home. Thank you to the manager and her staff.

The staff are all very approachable and friendly. They have always treated my mum with the utmost respect and speak to all residents in a polite, kind manner. The home has a very relaxed and homely atmosphere and has the feel of a country residence rather than the clinical feel of some homes. The meals provided are of a good standard with plenty of choices to cater to any dietary requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending this home.

Mum has been going to Burntwood Hall for a few years now (after taking respite in other homes not fit for purpose).

I have peace of mind always that she is happy and well looked after whilst she is in their care. There is never any smell of urine which has greeted us many times in other establishments and the staff are always so lovely and attentive. Beautiful building and surroundings. Keep up the good work.

My friend is a resident of Burntwood Hall Care Home. I am extremely delighted with the standards of care she receives. She has improved massively in mobility, health and weight gain. She is treated with the utmost dignity at all times, nothing is too much trouble for management and the staff have her best interests at heart at all times.

All care services have been provided in her ongoing treatment. This is a very friendly home and residents and visitors enjoy all the entertainment and activities provided. I am happy to leave my friend in their most capable hands. Food and rooms are excellent.

My mum has just gone to stay at Burntwood Hall following a series of falls. The manager and staff have been very kind and understanding, and are helping Mum through this transition period. They have also been very helpful to myself and the rest of my family through an emotional time. Thank you - we really appreciate your care.
