Our fees are designed to be clear, fair and inclusive, with no hidden charges or unexpected third-party top-up fees for local authority-funded residents. We believe quality care should be accessible to everyone, without families feeling under pressure financially.

Fees include accommodation, personalised care, home-cooked meals, activities, WiFi access and day-to-day support from our experienced care team. Residents also benefit from spacious en-suite rooms, comfortable communal areas and secure outdoor spaces within the home.

Regular activities, entertainment and outings help support residents’ wellbeing and quality of life. Where day trips and outings take place, these are supported through separate funding and residents are not personally charged.

Hairdressing and chiropody services are available but are not included within the standard weekly fees.

As a long-established family-run care home, we focus on providing good quality care, consistency and a welcoming environment where residents feel safe, valued and at home.
