Staff seem friendly and caring, trying their best to stimulate the residents. Mum's care is very good and any problems I am contacted straight away.
We came to visit my aunt, staff very welcoming and friendly - good facilities and calm environment. My aunty seemed very happy.
Royal Court is a lovely home, took lovely care of my dad while he was alive and supported my mum whilst she was grieving. She is always very happy, always smiling and dancing.
Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with my partner and her mother. Staff very attentive to everyone, everyone had a good time.
Royal Court go above and beyond for my nan! Amazing staff that can't do enough. Always helpful and keeping residents in good spirits.
The social media account is excellent so we can keep up to date with the activities the residents take part in. Relative looks really happy in the photos. Staff always attentive when we visit, can tell they genuinely care for residents.
Royal Court is a clean, welcoming and caring home. All the staff are excellent carers and my mum was in the best hands. Activities were very good but Mum didn't participate. I would recommend anyone to Royal Court without a hesitation.
The staff really make this care home special. They are all so kind and caring and really go out of their way to look after the residents and the families visiting. Food is great, fresh and all homemade. My only negative is at certain times of the day the staff are a bit thin on the ground and essential care can be overlooked temporarily.
I would highly recommend Royal Court.
Mum was taken care with the highest level of care and compassion. The care home was spotless and the staff went above and beyond to make sure Mum was happy and comfortable. All the staff were approachable and had time to talk .
The staff are always so nice and friendly and the residents are treated with respect and provide quality care. They have made her feel very welcome at the home with their kind and friendly care and support. The home is clean and tidy, and are happy to make adjustments to rooms to make residents feel more at home. The staff constantly host activities for residents to enjoy and even decorate for each event/season with residents helping. Overall, this home is very enjoyable for residents, and we cannot fault anything.
Overall very happy with my experience of Royal Court. The home is clean and the staff are helpful, and friendly. My mum is settled and happy to be there, which is really good.
Royal Court is friendly, welcoming and care is excellent. The staff are all amazing with residents and their families. The manager is always available and approachable. Lots of activities and always on social media for other family members to see. I can't recommend this place enough.
Thank you
We moved our mum into Royal court last year and it's been an amazing 6 months for us all seeing mum so well and loved by everyone there ,we can see how happy mum is .its a very clean and friendly home we highly recommend this home .
I recently visited the home and I had a wonderful experience. I was made to feel incredibly welcome by the staff who were really polite. My friend who loves movies told me she just watched one her favourites not long ago and it was nice to share some stories about it. I had a good catch up with my friend. Overall, it was a delightful visit and I truly appreciate the care and attention shown to both residents and visitors.
The atmosphere is always friendly and welcoming.
Everyone is approachable, and hardworking.
I would recommend this care home. The home itself is clean and modern a nice place for my mum to live in. Her room is always clean and tidy. Staff are always helpful and friendly they make you feel at home when you visit. Mum says she enjoys the food as it;s the same meals that she used to cook herself.
My nan has been at Royal Court for 2 years and I have always found her happy. Since the new management and staff have come in I have found that things have improved and I feel as though she has a good relationship with the staff who look after her. There are different activities that they do that she sometimes get involved in. If she needs any help with anything there is always someone there to help her.
We are pleased photos can be seen on social, so we know what goes on. We feel happy that Mum is in safe hands and loved.
