The residents are treated with dignity and care, they look extremely happy and content in their home.
I would recommend Harry Priestley House to anyone who is looking for a home from home environment for their loved ones.
Harry Priestley House, in my opinion, is a very special place. Homely, cheerful, clean. I find the staff to be person-centred and forward thinking. Nothing is too much trouble. Love it!
Fantastic place with very friendly staff who go beyond their duty to ensure residents are well cared for. It is like a home from home.
Very pleased with the progress and just to see him happy.
I would highly recommend this care facility to anyone who wants the best for there family. The staff at Harry Priestley House are always welcoming and offer the highest standard of care whilst respecting the dignity of the residents. They like to keep you up to date on your relatives activities, any health issues, also their individual care plan and needs with regular updates sent by post if you're not able to visit. They send regular invitations to group activities within the grounds of the home. Working in the care industry myself and having a resident at Harry Priestley House since they first opened, this home is the best I have come across with my 11 years experience working in care. The resident's bedroom can be made to feel like their own, they offer holidays and excursions catered to the resident's capabilities. They are all like a family, both the residents and the staff. They always have lots of staff on duty at the home, so you never feel a resident's needs are not being met.
I would not hesitate to recommend.
Lovely caring staff.
I like living at Harry Priestley House. I like being in my bedroom. My stereo is my favourite thing in my room.
I recently attended a coffee morning at HPH and as usual everything was lovely. Every time I visit the house is always immaculate and and well run , the coffee morning from what I saw was a huge success. I am pleased to see all the staff have a great rapport with everyone who lives there, I would recommend HPH to anyone without a doubt.

I started as a bank staff at Harry Priestley House in 2002, and because I loved it so much I became a full-time staff.
Over the last 19 years, I have been promoted to various positions and have been a Home Manager for nine years.
