I can only say that my aunt who is very frail is treated with respect and love. It is so very hard as she is so ill but consideration is permanent. Thank you to all the staff for the care given.
Thank you very much for your kind words. We value our residents here at White Rose and the staff go above and beyond for them all.
I've called a few times this month to visit my mum. She always look clean and presentable, comfortable and quite contented. The home is always clean and well looked after. I am kept up to date with mum's progress, either when I visit or by telephone call. I really do not have any worries, I know she is well looked after. I'm not present at meal times, nor do I go to her room. I sit with her in the lounge.
Thank you very much for taking the time to give us such positive feedback. We are happy that your mum is settled here with us at White Rose :)
Staff were very respectful with care for my grandparent. Keeping us updated. Going above and beyond for the extra care provided. Sorting dental work needed, etc. Friendly care members, very tidy.
Thank you for your kind words and positive review.
The staff - all the staff were particularly good & the care my father received was excellent.
I am so grateful my dad spent his last few years here.
I would definitely recommend.
5 stars! Thank you!
My mum was a resident at White Rose Court from June 2024 but unfortunately passed away on 02 April this year.
I cannot thank the staff enough for all they did for her since she moved in. The rooms are light and airy with nice furniture and washing facilities. The food always looks and smells nice with choice every meal. Staff are always around to answer any needs, cups of tea, biscuits, etc. and always sat and talked to her if she wasn't feeling too good.
They were exceptionally special to our family, very caring and loving with Mum in her final days. I have no hesitation to recommend White Rose Court for a home from home atmosphere with compassionate care and medical assistance included.
My mother in law has only been in for about 6 weeks, but I am impressed with the care she gets. She is always clean and tidy.
My auntie is cared for very well and is happy. She is always treated with dignity and kindness. She enjoys the food, and the staff are always happy to make her a cup of tea when she wants one.
I am very happy with the way my mother is taken care of. She love the company of others. The care home is clean. The carers are warm and friendly and their is spent of activities my mother takes part in.
Communication was excellent throughout but during a period of illness the staff showed excellent, loving care and respected her dignity at all times.
There are some options I can't complete as I wasn't in attendance at these times. To complete, my sister always recognised the home as hers and never commented about her previous home.
Thank you for taking the time to complete the review of our care home. It means a lot when we receive positive feedback, and always strive to do even better. Kind regards
My auntie is very well looked after by the very caring staff. The food is excellent and my auntie enjoys it very much. There's a very pleasant family atmosphere every time I visit.
Thank you for kindly taking the time to complete the review of White Rose Court. We strive to provide person-centred and inclusive care, and our food is all made fresh. Our residents are involved in establishing menus of what they want to see on the menu. White Rose is a family-run home.
My experience when visiting and seeing mother is the same, month after month. Mum is clean and tidy and the staff are excellent with her.
The care home has always supported my mother-in-law with genuine care, respect and with dignity. The home is always clean and there seems to be a calm environment where nothing seems to be too much trouble. They have always communicated well with the family and provided knowledgeable care when that care has also had to adjust based on the medical and personal needs of my mother-in-law.
Thank you for taking the time out to complete a review of your mum's care provided by staff at White Rose Court, I really appreciate it. We strive to provide the best care and support in a family environment. Kind regards.
I have visited my friend once a week for the last twelve months. All the staff are pleasant and helpful. All the residents look well looked after.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review. We appreciate all our feedback so that we can strive to improve the service provision. It is really appreciated. Thank you.
When my dad was first taken into the care home, I was worried because I'd heard about the horror stories that can happen, but when I visited I was pleasantly surprised. My dad was being looked after to a good standard in a way that he wasn't able to get at home. He was well cleaned and seemed more settled. Dad told me he feels safe in the home. This is not something I've ever heard from him in 30 years! Based on the interactions I've had, I'd say the staff are exceptional, including managment. Staff go out of their way to meet the needs of residents. There seems to be an emphasis on client dignity here which I appreciate. As a carer for my family, this has taken some pressure off me for the first time. The building is well-cleaned and smells clean. Meals are quality, healthy and balanced. If issues have arisen, staff have been really helpful. I hear White Rose has a core staff team who have been there for over 20 years which is rare as staff turnovers can be quite high in care homes and it shows. Thanks, everyone at White Rose!
Thank you for taking the time to complete the review of our home. I appreciate your feedback, and I am happy that we have enabled your dad to feel safe and know he is well cared for. Kind Regards
I find the home very welcoming. Staff and management are a great team, very loving and caring with all residents. They keep you informed of any issues and have always answered any questions regarding my mum, who has been a resident here for nearly four years. I am very happy with the knowledge that my mum is very well cared for in a dignified way. I would happily recommend this homely care home to anyone.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We aim to enrich the lives of our residents and allow them to feel they are loved and respected, and that they are our family. Kind regards.
Staff really care about the residents.
Very friendly, like one happy family.
Kind Regards.
I have no problems. I turn up unannounced and everything is always okay. The staff are great and always phone if there are any issues.
Thank you for your review. I have an open-door policy so if there is ever anything you want to discuss, I am available. We strive to ensure our ladies and gentlemen at White Rose Court are cared for to a high standard. They are our family.

I have found the home to be very welcoming when I have visited my mother. Staff have answered any questions I have had regarding my mother. My mother is full of praise for the staff when I visit her and she says the meals are excellent. I feel happy with them knowing my mother is being well cared for.
At White Rose Court we are a family and work to a high standard of person-centred and inclusive practice. Our residents are our family and the home is family orientated run, it is their home after all.
For me, the low staff turnover is the best indicator of a good care home.
