Always approachable, very friendly, caring and welcoming to visitors. A family feel home. My aunt seems happy here and keeps saying "they are good to me you know".

Went to visit my gran. She was doing activities when I arrived. The staff are so friendly and always ask if I want a drink of tea or coffee. Manager asked me to complete this - brilliant home!

Very much a "family" type care home. Quite small so it comes over as being like extended family. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the home is always clean and definitely, has "no smells". Activities are arranged and I would say my sister has improved both physically and mentally whilst there.
She herself says she is okay there and everyone is kind.
