A first class facility with excellent service throughout. My Mum has settled in really well (over a year now). The people at all levels are so friendly and engaging and without doubt I know mum is safe now. The medical and nursing side of things is 100% satisfactory and there 24/7 for her. We are very happy to endorse Darnall Grange to anyone.

My friend P has now been in Seven Hills for over 62 months. It is so comforting to see how settled she is and how well cared for also. Staff know her so well as they do all the residents. I am always made to feel so welcomed greeting me with my name and as I visit several homes this one just excells with the staff. They are outstanding they give the residents so much of their time, they all have such skills as the residents have complex needs. Truly a well-run home. N/A to room as I don't go in the bedroom and cost is her own department.

Dad stayed at White Rose Court for respite. He loved it there. All staff were amazing. It was so homely and clean. Food was brilliant (dad said). Every time we visited him he was so happy. Singing and having a laugh with everyone. If dad ever wanted to go in a nursing home White Rose Court would be his choice and definately all his families choice. Thankyou every single one of the staff, you are all wonderfull.

I would highly recommend Swinton Grange. The staff are friendly, caring and professional, and they always make residents feel comfortable, respected and well looked after. The atmosphere is welcoming and homely, and it is clear that the wellbeing of the residents is a priority.

My dad was referred here for rehab after a fall, never expected him to get back on his feet walking again, but he did after the great support he had here. Darnall Grange (upper floor) has a great team which are lovely welcoming, supported Dad for all his needs. we believe he was taken Care of very well staff was amazing

The home is clean & well looked after.

My mum has been a resident of Treeton Grange for nearly 2 years & in that time We have found that she has been cared for, looked after loved & cherished by all of the staff, they are all amazing & nothing is ever too much trouble for them, we feel as a family that my mum is being supported through her journey with dementia as are we, from all of the wonderful staff, we would recommend Treeton to anyone needing a home from home environment

Extreemly happy with care given to my mum.

Our father was resident at Seven Hills from Nov 25 until his death in May 26. Following a stroke he has significant mental and physical impairment. Seven Hills was immaculately clean. warm, homely and comfortable. Residents were treated as individuals. The staff, every single one, were kind, gentle and respectful. We often observed them dealing with challenging residents professionally, calmly and patiently. They had the best equipment to keep dad safe and comfortable. Hoists meant he could have regular baths. The food was excellent. I will be forever grateful for their care and support.

My experience is of the greatest one could experience.

My mother has received not only compassionate care but also kindness and empathy. A special thank you to the manager who has always listened and actioned any requests. The staff are genuinely happy to provide care and attention to the families as well as the residents. It's reassuring to find nursing homes doing their jobs so well. Thank you.

My mum came in for rehab after being in hospital, then Mum asked to come back in for respite for 2 weeks. Mum has asked to stay permanently, so this makes me feel straight away Mum's happy here. When we have spoken before about her needing care in the future, she was adamant she was not going into care. So this has come as a surprise, she wanted to stay. I'm happy she's happy and safe. The staff are very caring and friendly and the manager is very approachable, which is good. Mum seems more herself since she came in here, she's eating and drinking better and back socialising, which she stopped doing at home. So overall this is the best decision Mum's made and I don't have to worry as much about her and she is happy.

I previously moved my brother to this care home from another. I was absolutely blown away with the cleanliness (no smells) The home wherever I went was absolute spotless. The care and empathy they show to the residents and people on care is absolutely unbelievable. God bless them they are like angels what I have seen in previous homes. The attention to detail they give to the residence nothing is too much trouble for them. Staff is always available and can be seen wherever you go. The meals are fab good wholesome food for the residents. If they need anything b what they fancy it's available chocolate milkshakes. Just want to give them a massive thank you for making my kind at peace for the care I can see what has been given. All of you keep up the fantastic work your doing hats off to you all

My husband has spent several weeks at Treeton Grange nursing home over the past year the last time being May 2026. He was quite nervous about going in at first but within a few minutes he was smiling, chatting with everyone and the nervousness had disappeared.Everyone from the manager down are absolutely wonderful, they do their upmost to take care of any needs you might have. My husband now asks when will he be going back on holiday !!! He means Treeton. That says everything to me.

Mum and I visited my sister today. We were greeted by a lovely carer, all smiles, who led us to where my sister was in the activities area. She was watching her own TV, eating a snack. Many of the staff came to say hello and updated us on how my sister was settling in; she looked content, well cared for and even engaged in singing when "happy birthday" and other songs were played for her. Her room was lovely, bright and cheerful! Overall, we are extremely happy with her care and how her health is improving. Thank you!

My experience of my mum's care is amazing, put my mind at ease knowing that she is happy and that she is cared for. My mum loves being here and it's also helped her mental health.
