Seven Hills Nursing Home is a purpose-built EMI nursing home that can be tailored to many personal care needs, with twenty-two rooms available including two dual occupancies.

All Hermes Care accommodations are set up for both efficient care and pleasant day-to-day living, with nurse call facilities for convenience and emergencies, together with a range of in-house entertainments and activities for residents.

All rooms have digital TV points and residents have their privacy respected, with staff also taking pride in offering a friendly attitude to visitors.

I have only good things to say about Seven Hills. The place is very clean, well managed, and the staff are friendly, hard working, attentive and caring. My mother is happier living here, and I'm comforted knowing she's well looked after and safe. On top of that, she has regained her appetite, improved
her mobility, and is more engaged with the world.

This home is welcoming as soon as you walk through the door every member of staff I have met and spoken to has been exceptional, I have found them kind caring understanding of every single resident and what a change you can actually sit in the lounge and chat as though you are in their own home with
refreshments offered. The staff obviously have taken time to get to know the residents about their lives and families, seeing choice given to food, clothes where they wish to sit they are listened to. I love my visits and feel valued and my continuation to the friendship is needed. Management are wonderful everyone knows my name, so much more to say.

My experince when visiting my relative has always been of a very good standard of care, nothing appears to be too much trouble for the staff, no matter what you ask of them. Although I have not actually been present when the food is served, the menu for dinner, always displayed, looks very tasty and

Our mother had to move into Seven Hills from another care home in August 2024. The manager and staff at Seven Hill made the move seamless and kept us informed along the way, also providing updates of her settling in. The staff are very attentive and are keen to ensure that mum gets involved in activities

From being greeted at the door and throughout my regular visits the staff and management excell themselves in the care of everyone. No matter how challenging, they treat residents with dignity names making residents feel part of a family. My sister always responds well.

We are really happy with the care that my father receives at Seven Hills. He has been there over 18 months and suffers from severe dementia.
The residents are shown a high level of respect and treat as individuals with individual needs. All the staff are happy and cheerful, showing care and interest
in delivering a high quality interactive experience. There are regular sessions of activities and life enrichment such as coffee mornings, mocktails, music and dancing, games like badminton with balloons and they never miss someone's birthday.
There are qualified nursing staff keeping a keen eye on the health needs of individuals and communicating with the families on any minor changes or observations.

My mum moved into Sevenhills after spending time in hospital due to a fall at her previous care home. The staff welcomed her warmly into the home and she quickly settled into a happy life in their care. All of the staff at Sevenhills displayed genuine affection for my mum despite her bouts of aggressive
behaviour when anxious. They often told me that they loved her and I believe that this was true.
I can never thank the management and staff enough for the exceptional care they gave my mum, they filled the end of her life with love and joy.

After a failed placement elsewhere the manager went above and beyond to ensure our father's move to Seven Hills was successful. The staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble. Whenever we visited we were greeted warmly and always offered refreshments. Every effort is made to get to know the residents
and meet their individual needs with compassion and dignity. As a Christian, it gave my father great comfort that the staff would read passages from the Bible and sing to him.
My father passed away suddenly, unfortunately, the family did not make it in time to say goodbye, however, a staff member was with him to the end for which we will be forever grateful.
It is the staff who make a care home and the staff at Seven Hills are second to none.

I have to echo the review that says the team are fantastic. My father was in a care home prior to being in Seven Hills and what is striking is the level of care and attention he now receives. The home is well resourced with staff and everyone is really friendly. The Manager is brilliant - very approachable
and practical. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seven Hills to anyone. They do really understand dementia and treat my father with the utmost compassion. I can tell they really care about him and the dignity of all of their residents.
I can't comment on the food and drink and there is no option for 'don't know' so I've gone for satisfactory as I cannot say either way.

My relative is well cared for at Seven Hills. She has a friendly and professional team meeting all her needs. She is always well dressed and appears cared for with her hair brushed and a smile on her face.
As a private resident, the fees are very high and this can be a concern.

The team at Seven Hills were fantastic from start to finish.My father was accepted into the home after a difficult period finding the right place for him. The manager was reassuring and has a great work ethic and communication. We visited almost every day and saw nothing but positive things. He was
always smartly dressed and well shaven and I felt his particular needs and personality were very well considered. The environment is calm clear containing and consistent and the staff very thorough, friendly and caring. Communication with the GP was exemplary and this made a difficult situation very much better. Sadly my dad passed away but it's a deep comfort that he had such a high level of care in his last months and I will forever be grateful to the Seven Hills Team.

My mother came to Seven Hills in March 2023 in a very disturbed and anxious state.
The care that the staff have given her since this time has improved the quality of Mum's life enormously and we are so grateful to the manager and her team.
Their patience and attention to all the residents are
evident every time we visit.
We really can't recommend this home enough.

My father has lived at Sevenhills for a couple of years. Unfortunately, he passed away last week, but I want to acknowledge everyone at Sevenhills - they treated Dad like one of their own family. In the last week, when me and my sister pretty much lived there, they could not do enough to make the horrific
time more bearable.
The food at the nursing home is better than you can get at some restaurants.
They are a team that truly cares about everyone, and in those final days, dignity and comfort were put at the top - not just for Dad but for us.

When I received a call from a social worker saying that there was only one nursing home prepared to accept my dad, I feared the worst but I needn't have worried. As soon as I met the manager, I felt better. This feeling continued as I got to meet the team. I know my dad was cared for with genuine affection
and dignity despite his challenging behaviour (caused by dementia). Everyone working at Seven Hills contributed to making his last months as good as they could be. They were also so kind and supportive of me whenever I visited. They could see how painful it was to see him deteriorate and showed me so much care and compassion. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Seven Hills Care Home has consistently exceeded all expectations in terms of my late mother's care from the day she moved in five years ago until her passing away this week. Her care presented particular challenges, which none of her previous care homes had succeeded in providing. The staff at Seven
Hills took time to get to know her complex character and health conditions to find routines which worked around her rather than offering a 'one size fits all' approach. Her dignity was at all times respected, with certain staff members going above and beyond basic duties. I am especially grateful to the wonderful activities coordinator. My mother's room was always clean and tidy, with personal hygiene maintained to a high standard. Staff and management were never too busy to talk about my mother's care, which made the sadness of the situation much more bearable. I will always be grateful to Seven Hills Care Home for accompanying my mother on this last stage of life's journey.

My brother was discharged here from the hospital. I find the staff quite attentive, and I feel he has settled in well. Staff seem to have got to know him and deal with him as an individual and with a smile.

Mum was here for over three years and has been so well looked after at each stage of her care needs, right through to end-of-life care. I am very grateful for how well she has been looked after, including throughout the pandemic. The home is clean and tidy, the food was always good, and they seem to
