My mum moved into Sevenhills after spending time in hospital due to a fall at her previous care home. The staff welcomed her warmly into the home and she quickly settled into a happy life in their care. All of the staff at Sevenhills displayed genuine affection for my mum despite her bouts of aggressive behaviour when anxious. They often told me that they loved her and I believe that this was true.

I can never thank the management and staff enough for the exceptional care they gave my mum, they filled the end of her life with love and joy.

After a failed placement elsewhere the manager went above and beyond to ensure our father's move to Seven Hills was successful. The staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble. Whenever we visited we were greeted warmly and always offered refreshments. Every effort is made to get to know the residents and meet their individual needs with compassion and dignity. As a Christian, it gave my father great comfort that the staff would read passages from the Bible and sing to him.
My father passed away suddenly, unfortunately, the family did not make it in time to say goodbye, however, a staff member was with him to the end for which we will be forever grateful.

It is the staff who make a care home and the staff at Seven Hills are second to none.

I have to echo the review that says the team are fantastic. My father was in a care home prior to being in Seven Hills and what is striking is the level of care and attention he now receives. The home is well resourced with staff and everyone is really friendly. The Manager is brilliant - very approachable and practical. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Seven Hills to anyone. They do really understand dementia and treat my father with the utmost compassion. I can tell they really care about him and the dignity of all of their residents.

I can't comment on the food and drink and there is no option for 'don't know' so I've gone for satisfactory as I cannot say either way.

My relative is well cared for at Seven Hills. She has a friendly and professional team meeting all her needs. She is always well dressed and appears cared for with her hair brushed and a smile on her face.

As a private resident, the fees are very high and this can be a concern.

My mum's been a resident at Seven Hills since January 2021, I am very happy with the care that my mum receives. She is always clean and dressed accordingly. There's always some form of activity taking place. The staff are wonderful and not only care for their residents but their families too. I have experienced this first-hand.

The team at Seven Hills were fantastic from start to finish. My father was accepted into the home after a difficult period finding the right place for him. The manager was reassuring and has a great work ethic and communication. We visited almost every day and saw nothing but positive things. He was always smartly dressed and well shaven and I felt his particular needs and personality were very well considered. The environment is calm clear containing and consistent and the staff very thorough, friendly and caring. Communication with the GP was exemplary and this made a difficult situation very much better. Sadly my dad passed away but it's a deep comfort that he had such a high level of care in his last months and I will forever be grateful to the Seven Hills Team.

My mother came to Seven Hills in March 2023 in a very disturbed and anxious state.
The care that the staff have given her since this time has improved the quality of Mum's life enormously and we are so grateful to the manager and her team.
Their patience and attention to all the residents are evident every time we visit.

We really can't recommend this home enough.

My father has lived at Sevenhills for a couple of years. Unfortunately, he passed away last week, but I want to acknowledge everyone at Sevenhills - they treated Dad like one of their own family. In the last week, when me and my sister pretty much lived there, they could not do enough to make the horrific time more bearable.
The food at the nursing home is better than you can get at some restaurants.
They are a team that truly cares about everyone, and in those final days, dignity and comfort were put at the top - not just for Dad but for us.

A heartfelt thanks to everyone.

When I received a call from a social worker saying that there was only one nursing home prepared to accept my dad, I feared the worst but I needn't have worried. As soon as I met the manager, I felt better. This feeling continued as I got to meet the team. I know my dad was cared for with genuine affection and dignity despite his challenging behaviour (caused by dementia). Everyone working at Seven Hills contributed to making his last months as good as they could be. They were also so kind and supportive of me whenever I visited. They could see how painful it was to see him deteriorate and showed me so much care and compassion. I don't know what I would have done without them.

Seven Hills Care Home has consistently exceeded all expectations in terms of my late mother's care from the day she moved in five years ago until her passing away this week. Her care presented particular challenges, which none of her previous care homes had succeeded in providing. The staff at Seven Hills took time to get to know her complex character and health conditions to find routines which worked around her rather than offering a 'one size fits all' approach. Her dignity was at all times respected, with certain staff members going above and beyond basic duties. I am especially grateful to the wonderful activities coordinator. My mother's room was always clean and tidy, with personal hygiene maintained to a high standard. Staff and management were never too busy to talk about my mother's care, which made the sadness of the situation much more bearable. I will always be grateful to Seven Hills Care Home for accompanying my mother on this last stage of life's journey.

Mum was here for over three years and has been so well looked after at each stage of her care needs, right through to end-of-life care. I am very grateful for how well she has been looked after, including throughout the pandemic. The home is clean and tidy, the food was always good, and they seem to have a good team, from management and carers to laundry, cooks and cleaners. Thank you to them all.

Every time I visit the care home, I am welcomed, informed of the rules and shoe to my mother-in-law's room, offered drinks as well and informed of how she has been getting on for the past few days. There is always someone on hand in the office if I have any queries. The place is always clean and tidy, and the staff have good manners and are very helpful.

I find Seven Hills Nursing Home to be absolutely 100% in all aspects. My mum is well cared for in all he "needs"! And I feel happy after visiting her. My mum requires 24-hour care, and I'm confident all her needs are met. Also, the doctor on call is excellent, and I've had numerous conversations with him because also my dad was once a resident too. Cleanliness, hospitality and professionalism are second to none.

I am very happy with the care my father gets in this home. In my day job, I visit quite a few care homes, but they don't come close to the excellent service that this one provides. My father is very happy, and the staff are professional and take the time to make sure I'm kept informed and up to date with all my father's requirements.

Since my brother was moved to Seven Hills, we have been extremely impressed by the attidtude and conduct of the staff. They are all so polite and cheerful. The rooms are clean, and the residents appear to be well fed and cared for. The only criticism is that the outside of the premises is often untidy and tends to give a false impression of the home.
