My wife was a resident in Trinity Fold for nearly three years and her treatment there was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. She suffered from vascular dementia and pulmonary problems and was subject to panic attacks. They gave her access to the resident's lounge which she found most beneficial. She was prone to infections and made quite a few visits to the hospital but always bounced back fairly quickly. The last year of her life (died on 18/03/2024) was only achieved due to her absolute bravery and determination.

The team at Trinity Fold have provided the safe and caring environment we had hoped for, for our dad who has dementia. The staff are some of the nicest I have come across, going the extra mile to keep the residents safe, happy and entertained, with daily activities and lovely food.

Trinity Fold offers a good standard of care overall with friendly staff. The residents are well cared for and the home is well maintained. They seem to offer regular fun activities and try to involve as many of the residents as they can.

The staff are incredibly caring, my father regards Trinity Fold as home, which often is difficult when they have had their own homes for so long. I can't fault the attention that my dad receives especially at a stage in life when normal activities become more difficult.

Excellent care, positive attitude and seem well staffed. Liaise with family when necessary and always seem on the ball if you ask any questions. My mother has been there for over two years and she does see it as home.

Our Mother went into Trinity Fold over a year ago now. We looked long and hard for a home that could deal with Mum's dementia and other health issues.
It took us as a family of three daughters time to get used to our mother being in a care home, however, the level of care and the friendliness and professionalism of all staff has been fantastic.
The management and care staff always listen to our queries and consult with us at all stages when there is an issue regarding Mum's care.

We would have no qualms recommending to anyone needing care for a relative.

My father went into Trinity Fold 16 months ago, in that time he has been looked after by the helpful and caring staff, who all work tirelessly to care for a wide range of people. We were worried about where to go when looking for care for our father. Trinity Fold had been recommended by a friend and we have been really happy with Dad’s care.

Mum went into Trinity Fold as a short-stay resident from the hospital and within a week she settled. Her health improved and as she said 'I feel safe and settled here'. Thankfully she is now a permanent resident. The staff are all so lovely, kind and respectful to Mum and me. All my friends and family have commented on what a lovely home it is.

I would highly recommend Trinity Fold. Mum was a resident from August 2021 until she died in February 2023. The quality of care that she received throughout her time at Trinity Fold was amazing. Mum had Alzheimer's and also physical needs, but she was treated with outstanding care and dignity by all staff. From our first meeting, we were impressed with the manager who said 'If it were my Mum or Dad then I would want ...'. That attitude ran throughout the home in the compassionate attitude and loving approach.
Dad visited Mum most days. The staff looked after him too, giving him a hug when needed, a cup of tea or a listening ear.
Mum was on end-of-life care for four days and I will never forget the way this was done by the wonderful staff. They treated Mum with dignity and love and ensured that she was always as comfortable as possible. They also supported us throughout this time.

Trinity Fold is a clean, well-decorated and furnished care home with a fantastic level of care.

We were very pleased with the care home upon our first visit, far better than expected, I was quite impressed overall. Friendly and caring staff, you could not wish for better, the home itself is very modern and clean and a convenient location. It's somewhere you would wish to be cared for if you ever needed it yourself. It would be my choice.

It has been a great relief to have Mum cared for by the staff at Trinity Fold. The staff are kind, and the standard of care is high. It took some time for Mum to settle, but she tells me she is happy, and most importantly, she feels safe.

It's really good to know that my mum is in good hands at the care home, especially as due to her mental health, we cannot be in contact anymore. I receive a check-in call periodically and I can contact them anytime for an update on her wellbeing. She has gained a little weight since moving into the home so the food must be good (she's very fussy). Pleased to see updates on social media about activities etc, but they are a bit sporadic, more regular updates/photos would be good, particularly as in my case, this is one of the only ways I can see my mum. All the members of staff I have met have been extremely kind and helpful, in short, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The staff of Trinity Fold are very polite and professional. The care and support given to my great-grandma and grandad are to a very high standard. It is easy for myself and my great-grandparents to get along with the staff, and I have seen firsthand that my great-grandparents have built up trusted relationships with the staff.

My father has vascular dementia as well as other health issues and went into Trinity Fold for respite as it was difficult for my mum to care for him. Dad was enjoying the home and as a family, we made the decision to let dad stay. The staff have been excellent and the communication with the team has been extremely helpful in making this difficult decision. My dad says the food is terrific and he enjoys taking part in the sing along and playing games such as dominoes. We are really happy with the care teams and can’t thank them enough.

We placed my mum into Trinity Fold on 2nd October 2021. Initially for respite care (open-ended) to see how she coped with being looked after 24/7 as she has always been a very independent and private person. Within a few weeks, we noticed how much she had improved. Her mobility, communication, physicality, weight and mental abilities had noticeably grown. As such, my brothers and I took the decision, as she had seemed to have settled into home life, for her to become a full-time resident at the end of February 2022. We cannot praise highly enough, from what we have experienced, the care and support that Mum has received from the staff and management which has clearly improved her quality of life. Unfortunately, Covid restrictions have placed a very difficult burden on everyone, at the home, including close family who have been very much restricted in their interaction with their loved one. However, the home has gone out of its way to make sure that residents were kept as safe as possible.

I went for a weeks respite and found the staff were all very friendly and efficient. The call button in my room worked well and so I was able to get help whenever I needed it. I find this facility extremely important particularly when I'm in bed, as I become fully dependent when I'm not in my power wheelchair. Meals were very good and cooked daily by a chef in the kitchen. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and have already booked another respite break.

My mum was a resident from 2017 until the end of May 2021. During this time she received excellent care. Staff were kind, friendly and approachable and my mum was always treated with dignity. Mum was encouraged to take part in activities for her enjoyment and mental health and her physical needs were well taken care of. We cannot thank the staff enough for their care, dedication and professionalism during the Covid restrictions and it was very comforting to know she was being cared for to the best of their ability during this difficult time. The care and support that was given to my mum and to us at the end of her life was wonderful, Mum was cared for as a treasured member of the community and that meant the world to us.
