Trinity Fold is excellent. The staff and management are very responsive to my enquiries and requests. My father says that his carers are delightful and they go out of their way to ensure he is comfortable and his needs are met.

My mother was initially placed in Trinity Fold as part of an her assessment to decide her long term needs. She had stayed at Trinity Fold for a short time previously, following a period in hospital. Despite the circumstances, she was delighted to be returning. My mother knew how well she had been cared for previously and remembered the care and attention she had received from the staff team there. My mother is now settling into becoming a full-time resident at Trinity Fold and could not be happier. My brothers and I are so pleased that our mother will be able to live her latter years in an environment that is safe and secure. An environment where she feels her needs are being met by an outstanding and professional staff team. The home liaises well with my brothers and I. They keep us up-to-date with changes my mother is experiencing and are sensitive to all her needs.

My dad moved into the care home after needing more care than home carers could provide. He wasn't too happy about the move, to be honest, but has settled in well. He says all the carers are nice and the food is good. As it was during the pandemic, I've not actually been inside the home properly and not seen his room yet, but he says it is comfortable. He seems very happy and more secure than he did whilst in his own home.

Mom had been living with us for 5-months when she began falling. My dad had been a resident of the home until June 2020, and his treatment was exceptional. Following discussions with Mom, she agreed it was time for her to receive 24-hour care.
Although Mom was only in Trinity Fold for a short time, her care was as excellent as my dad's despite the Covid restrictions in place.
The staff are very caring, friendly and professional at all times.

I cannot thank each and every staff member enough for taking care of my mom and supporting myself at the end.

After several falls and home carers four times a day, my 94-year-old dad went into the hospital. The hospital said his new 'normal' was low, and he went into Trinity Fold for assessment in June 2020. He became a resident in July 2020.
As it was well into the Coronavirus pandemic, we were not allowed into the home to look around. He soon settled in. He was happy, safe, warm, well-fed, and he and we knew it was the best place he could be. The staff and carers really looked after him 24 x7, and he loved being looked after. We often talked on his phone, and he said the meals were lovely, especially the sponge puddings.
I managed to visit a few times and found the home clean, fresh and friendly. He was clean and obviously very well looked after too.
Dad drank several pints of milk a day, and the staff always got him some at any time. They were so kind and patient with him.
Unfortunately, he became really ill recently and passed away. The carers and nurses were amazing with him and with me.

Thank you.

My Mother has been a resident since March 2020. This has been a difficult time in view of the Covid pandemic but we have been impressed by the home's response and the priority given to the wellbeing of the residents. Although we have not been able to visit her, the app has been made available and arrangements have been made for video calls. We have every confidence that she is being well looked after.

Trinity Fold is the perfect home for my mother who suffered a severe stroke several years ago. The staff are always helpful and available if there are any questions or queries. The facilities are excellent and the home is located close to the town centre and transport links. During the time that my mother has been at the home, they have had no issues with adapting to her increasing needs.

Mum has been a resident at Trinity Fold for the last 2 years and has been very happy there. The staff are very caring and the new management is visible and effective. The atmosphere is homely and welcoming and Mum has always enjoyed the food. Since the lockdown, it has been difficult to judge but staff are happy to reassure on the telephone and respond to my concerns.

We looked around a few homes for my mm before settling for Trinity Fold. As soon as we walked into Trinity Fold we knew we had found the right home for her. Mum has been there for almost 2 years and she is settled and happy. She has thrived. Staff are professional, welcoming and friendly, and they care for residents with dignity and respect. My Mum is a sociable person and she loves the activities and outings. Rooms are comfortable and clean, and there is a varied menu with a good standard of cuisine. I would recommend Trinity Fold to anyone looking for a clean, safe, caring environment for their loved one. My family and I are so grateful to the staff for all their efforts.

We chose this care home after looking at 2 other care homes, this was closer for visiting purposes and suitability for Mum's requirements. We cannot fault the staff, everyone is so nice to all residents, visitors and other members of staff. The standard of cleanliness of the home is faultless. Regarding the food, the dining room and food standard is also given full marks. I have already recommended this home.

This is a caring home with staff (although too few at times in my view) who genuinely care for the residents.
Rooms are very pleasant and allow for individuality.
It would be even better if each had its own shower too.
The food is tasty and varied, freshly prepared fruit would add greatly to the individual's experience.

However, care is an essential given.

My mum has been a full-time resident at Trinity Fold for the past 12 months. During that time, I have found the standard of care excellent. Her personal needs are all met. Her room is comfortable and clean and the carers treat her with respect and dignity. The environment in the home is happy and cheerful with many activities and visitors contributing to this. The management is also good and I find the staff approachable and helpful. Both mum and myself are extremely happy with the care she is receiving.

Introduced to Trinity Fold in September 2018 by superb staff. Mum visited the next day and was sold on the facility within 15 minutes. Moved in the next day and loves the place. Superb, caring staff who treat everyone with dignity and respect. Great communication with families. Provide excellent care, support and excellent value for money. Well done.
