Newlands Hall residential care home provide permanent long-term care as well as short-term options that offers a welcoming, warm and comfortable place to stay.

At the Newlands Hall, the approach to care is the same as in other homes managed by Regency Healthcare. The home is registered for 30 residents.

Newlands Hall is furnished to a good standard throughout, with spacious rooms and quite lounges for residents where they can meet chat or simply have quite time in cosy chairs. There are books and magazines available for residents. All lounges are equipped with TVs for residents as well as catering for other activities. /the delicious home cooked meals are served in the beautifully panelled dining rooms. However, residents have the choice to have their meals served in their own rooms. All the bedrooms are bright and airy and attractively decorated. There are double rooms for couples or those who wish to share.

The home has a well-maintained garden with safe access to the main gate. The on-site parking is available for residents and visitors.

Our Mam lived at Newlands Hall Care Home for just over a year. She settled in quickly and we were very pleased with the care she received. The exceptional care she received in the last few months before her death was outstanding. The love the staff showed her and the support given to us at this very
sad and difficult time was exceptional.

The care mum receives from the staff at Newlands Hall is excellent. They are so caring and professional. My mum has really settled in here and feels "at home". As her daughter it really takes the stress off me knowing that she is well taken care of.

Mum has been in the care home for almost four years. The staff do a fantastic job in looking after her and meeting all her needs. They always have time to keep families informed on any changes with a smile. A great place for my mum to spend her last years.

My mother was resident in Newlands for newly two years before her death in December 2020. In my jo,b I had visited many care home's, and the staff at Newlands are the most caring I have come across. They treated all the residents, however difficult, with respect and I would say, love. They were professional
but always seemed good-humoured even during the trying year we have just experienced.
My Mum particularly enjoyed the activities.
My Mum died in Newlands, and I and my brother can not thank the staff for the care they gave her and their support to us.
