This care home is fantastic. My relative is very happy here, well cared for and feels safe. After many worrying months about placing a loved one in care we, as a family, can relax knowing she has the best care. Staff work very hard, really care and go the extra mile. Management are present and staff are well-led. Carleton Court is a home.
Many thanks for your review. We all work very hard to make Carleton Court a safe and happy home.
My father's care needs have been managed so well at Carleton Court. As I live in the south of England, it was important to find a care home that I could trust to give my dad the best possible quality of life. The staff are welcoming, efficient and friendly, and I have been kept well informed regarding developments in my dad's care.
I cannot speak highly enough of the people who run the care home. My mum could not have been in better hands.
Thank you for your kind words. We all work very hard to make Carleton Court a good home for the people who live with us.
I went into Carleton Court on the 16th August, I had broken my ankle three weeks earlier and wasn't managing. I had a very nice, private room, with all I required, and plenty of very helpful checking and helping me to wash, dress and bringing my food throughout the day checking if I needed anything in between. I was also able to have my hair done each week. The staff arranged for the ambulance to take me to hospital, my GP to visit, also have my warfarin bloods done from the clinic. Nothing was a trouble to them and I came home feeling much improved and another box ticked, if ever needed help in the times ahead, no fears.
Thank you for your kind review, as you have experienced not all people who stay with us are permanent and it is a pleasure to see someone like yourself return home, recuperated. We are also happy that your fear of care homes has been dispelled. You know where we are if you need us!
It cannot have been easy looking after my husband recently, but the care given by all staff members of the home have been exemplary.
Thank you for your kind review.
Completely satisfied with all aspects of mums care.
The staff are always very pleasant and nothing is too much trouble.
The staff are hardworking, friendly, whilst professional and go the 'extra mile'. Our family are welcomed and my mother in law has made many friends whilst living at Carleton. It is privately owned and the owners are visible every day and involved in every detail of the care and the running of the home, I think this is exceptional. It is immaculately clean and smell free and my mother in law loves it!
Thank you for your comments. We all work exceptionally hard to maintain a high standard of care for the people that live with us.
The care home is the best I have ever experienced. My mother, who is 93, loves the home, especially the care staff. The facilities are very good, to a high standard and the food is excellent. There are plenty of activities in the home and Mum, who is not mobile, loves sitdown yoga.
Nothing is too much trouble for the staff and the home has a lovely atmosphere. It is also noticeable that there is no smell of urine and that the home is very tidy.
Many thanks for your positive review. We all try our best!
My mum came in for respite and decided to stay! What more can I say? This home is fantastic.
We feel a weight lifted from our shoulders! As a family, we are highly delighted with Carleton Court. Our mother is so happy and enjoying life again. The staff are fantastic and we would recommend Carleton Court to anyone. Our experience and my mother has been incredible!
Thank you for your kind words and for taking the time to complete a review on your mums stay at Carleton Court.
Excellent home. My mother is well cared for. We are happy as a family and cannot find fault. The staff are excellent and the food is good.
Thank you for taking the time to complete a review.
My mum has been a resident for nearly 3 years and has always been treated with care and respect by all the staff who are always friendly and approachable.
The stay is getting better. I am here for a short stay. This has been good and has helped me to recover.
The meals always look really good. We as a family are happy with Carleton Court. It is a very hard job caring and one they do well!
I always feel welcomed and my friend feels valued here.
Carleton Court is a smell free home that provides excellent care and it's the little things that matter. Management and owners are actively involved on a day to day basis which in my opinion makes it a well-run home.
I would not hesitate to recommend Carleton Court. My fears of care homes were cast aside when my friend came to live at Carleton because it was nothing like what I had imagined a care home would be like.
Thank you for your comments. Everyone involved at Carleton Court works extremely hard to create a place like home for the people who live with us.
I am a volunteer at Carleton Court Care Home and I visit every Tuesday and Thursday to entertain the residents and do 1:1 activities. I really enjoy my experience at the home. The staff are very friendly, kind and caring to both me and the residents. On a usual day, I will go in and dance with the residents, do jigsaws, knitting, and help with the exercise class and generally keep everyone entertained for a few hours. I love helping out and it makes my day to see the residents so happy. The management does a fantastic job. I highly recommend Carleton Court to anyone looking for a care home.
Management and staff have the residents as their main priority. Nothing too much trouble for them. If all care homes were as this one is we could proudly boast we have the best care facilities for our elderly. Sadly some do not reach this standard and they fall well below.
My friend has lived at Carleton Court for quite a while now and I must say I am impressed. Carleton Court is a very clean,'smell free', professional, friendly and caring environment, both to visitors and the people who live there. The staff are hardworking, kind, very professional and nothing is too much trouble. The staff and management really care about the people who live at the home and it shows in the attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who was looking for a place for their relative or friend.
Every member in the team including the management are professional, friendly, caring and extremely helpful and visitors are made very welcome.
I feel we were very lucky that a room was available and I could not recommend them highly enough.
