Overall Experience

My mum has just moved to this amazing residential home. All the Management have made my mum extremely welcome and I cannot praise this home enough. My mum is treated with dignity, compassion and kindness by ALL the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the care assistants. The home itself is clean bright and welcoming and the resident's rooms are spacious, well equipped. The food is varied, warm and delicious. There is a widely varied entertainment programme. Our family were very impressed with the free cafe and any time visiting hours.

Unfortunately, my mum had a really bad fall last year breaking her hip, pelvis and knee, so she requires a lot of care with her mobility and personal needs but I am confident that she is dealt with in a dignified way at all times. Her records are kept up to date and I can see at a glance what care mum has received. She has settled well and feels safe.

This is an outstanding residential home which is very well run with qualified kind, caring staff.

Overall Experience

My Father has lived at Inwood since January when he was discharged from hospital following surgery for a fractured head of femur at the age of 91. The staff at Inwood are dedicated, compassionate and understanding. Since he has been living there my father has improved physically, mentally and emotionally. He is very happy living there and I can sleep at night without worrying about him and jumping every time the phone rings! I am happy and confident that he is safe and being well cared for.
